Simone is an excellent personal fitness trainer, I enjoyed the free consultation. Simone will push you to get the fitness results you desire and is also very encouraging. I've been following the personalized fitness and diet plan she has designed for me quite diligently for a week now and I'm already seeing results. The workouts are both fun and sometimes challenging but achievable.

My name is Deanna, and I've been overweight for most of my life. I've tried to lose weight before, but could never commit to anything or make it last long enough to have an effect. I decided to make 2017 a year for myself. A year for feeling good and looking good. With how things have gone in the past, I knew I wouldn't stick to something I did on my own. So I looked into personal training. The most challenging thing for me was changing my diet. I was surprised how easy it seemed for me to fit exercise into my schedule, but trying to completely overhaul the way you've eaten your whole life is a lot harder. That's something I'm still working on. My goal is to lose about 30 lbs, and with Simone, I lost about 9 lbs in a couple of months. Besides that, I lost a few inches off my waist, and my BMI dropped a little. I'm so happy with how effective working with Simone has been. My favourite thing about Simone is how much she encourages you and accommodates any changes you might need to make. Whenever I had a hard time staying motivated, Simone reminded me of what I was working so hard for. My advice for anyone who is on their own weight loss journey is to give yourself the chance to do great things. Everyone is capable of reaching their goals. It won't be easy, and it will take a lot of time and effort, but it's all possible. And Simone makes it feel just a little bit easier. I would highly recommend her services.

Simone has a business like and professional approach without beingoverbearing.Despite her insistence on my exercising more on off daysI am content with the progress made under her guidance. I plan to exercise for the long haul and ensure that any progress made is maintainable as part of my weekly activity. I should mention that shehas a good selection of workout music. Perhaps some latin music could be introduced as it tends to elevate the spirit.

Simone and I met when my wife won a complimentary training session with her many months ago. I decided to humor my wife and attend the session. I had back surgery a year ago so I was very tentative with my commitment to the at home training model over zoom. Well.....that one session has turned into a twice a week, 5 month relationship that is ongoing. I truly enjoy and look forward to my sessions with her. I have now embarked on nutritional assistance as well with her. All has led to positive results. I have even recommended Simone to a friend with similar back concerns. Thank you Simone for caring as much as you do!

January 2020; I was at my heaviest weight, in my last year of my 30s and just feeling unmotivated. I knew I needed help and that is when I found Simone and I'm so happy that I did! From the first interaction - I felt comfortable. She helped me feel hopeful and motivated to set some goals for myself to get healthy and feel better in general. We were consistent for almost three months, meeting 2-3 times a week and I saw such a difference! My weight was dropping steadily and the inches were starting to shed...and then... COVID hit! Even during this time of stress and unease Simone made it a priority to check in on me. She asked not only about whether or not I was still keeping up with my plan but how I was doing mentally and how I was handling the new norm". She sent me personalized work out plans to help keep moving

After COVID, I built my own home gym but didn't really know how to use it or what kind of exercises to do! I heard about Simone from my mom. I primarily do strength training and initially, I had the impression she specialized in weight loss type workouts. However, Simone was also very well-versed when it came to strength training! She taught me a lot of new exercises that helped me with form and accessory muscles which drove my numbers on the big 3 (Bench, squat, deadlift) up higher than they had ever been before. Additionally, whenever I had a question or problem (i.e. with form, plateaus or discomfort) that she did not have an immediate answer for, she would always go out of her way to do research on her own time and help me out. While I am no longer seeing her, I have incorporated the plethora of exercises she taught me into my workouts, and they have increased my strength gains substantially. I would definitely recommend Simone as a personal trainer for people that are trying to break plateaus, increase their strength, or add more variety to their workouts!

Had a great experience! The consultation was very profession and well done. Everything was very well explained and my targets and goals were thoroughly discussed to form a suitable workout and diet plan moving forward. The suggested workout routine was then shown to me during the consultation to ensure that my form was correct, and was then emailed to me later that day. For anyone looking for an incredibly motivating personal trainer, Simone is hardworking and very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend!

Simone is just fantastic. Very accommodating. She really helps you with your fitness goals- whether it be weight loss or strength training or core exercises etc she knows it all. She takes her time to design a workout that specifically meets your needs and helps you achieve your fitness goals in a timely and realistic manner. I would without a doubt recommend Simone if you are considering having a personal trainer or just need direction in achieving your fitness goals!
