They came in April to remove the liner for the pool as we needed it replaced. Didn’t assess any damage or work that needed to be done at that time. Now have been waiting since then to have the liner put in and they came today, said a pipe is broken and “don’t have time today”. They just left, didn’t secure another date or anything?? Like what kinda service is that? Said it’s possible they won’t get back for another month?? Bad , bad business practices.

Great service! Sucked up a thermometer with my pool vac and the service team showed up and had it out in minutes.

Surprised by all these “super friendly” reviews because the lady that works in the back is the complete opposite. I went in to purchase some pipes and asked if we don’t use the rolls if they could be returned, she very rudely in quite hesitantly said she would take them back for store credit ONLY. I then went to purchase and was told my bill was $940 for two rolls, so I called my husband to ensure he wanted me to purchase both of them considering we couldn’t return for money back if we didn’t even use them.. and knowing that price was outrageous he said he didn’t want them and again the lady that works in the back was extremely rude and told me I should have asked the price before hand, like it was a super inconvenient for her to cancel the transaction. They have officially lost a customer as I will no longer support that kind of business. * I would like to note the young guys working at the front were friendly enough but her attitude ruined the entire experience *

The review from the person who was not happy with Edgil is from someone who lives in the home, not the owner. I am the owner. I am personally very happy with the response that I have received from Edgil Pools. I happened to rip the pool liner last year and arranged for a new liner to be installed this year. When they arrived to install the liner, it was discovered that there was a leak in one of the underground water lines. They couldn't repair it that day and have made arrangements to get back as soon as possible to repair the line and install the liner. They, like most businesses, have been affected by Covid delays and they are doing their absolute best to get my pool working as soon as possible. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.

I spoke with joe today for the first time and his response, lead times, service and knowledge was impeccable. I would recommend him, his team and correspondence to anyone. He is best in the industry I have ever encountered. SERVICE is his top priority and his core values are passionate. I’ll I can say is what a guy

Where do I start?!?? I’m just so impressed with the level of integrity and care that was shown during the several interactions that had to take place during a repair of our pool. Friendly, incredibly experienced staff and their communication is punctual and professional. I will be using their services for purchasing products and seasonal work for sure. Thank you for all the work and care you put into our pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend this company.

Edgil installed our pool about 14 years ago and to this day we still call on them for all of our pool needs. This year we needed a new pool liner.The install was flawless and the guys did an excellent job. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
