I would rate this company at zero if I could.I bought my new condo in 2017.In early 2022 the top hinge on my glass shower door began to sag. When I mentioned it to my neighbour, he told me he'd had the same problem in 2018 and the builder had them repair the problem at no cost to my neighbour. He told me that Maple had done the installation so I contacted them about making the same fix for me. I did not ask them to do it for free.They refused to make the repair, saying they would replace the hinges for $675. The made it clear that the price was not up for discussion.Finding someone else to make the repair is an ongoing challenge: another glass company said they won't fix something they didn't install, and I have yet to find a handyman service to do it.Long story short: This company definitely puts profit before people.

This company is an illustration of terrible unprofessional service. We purchased our brand new house and unfortunately, our builder had business with Maple Glass whom he asked to install blinds on our sliding door. When we first came to see their work, the blinds were all in grey stains and not properly aligned (one side of the panel was higher than the other. Our builder called them again so they could fix their work. After their second visit the blinds were much better aligned, but the left panel wasn't even properly screwed to the door frame. The next time we called them to book another appointment: they promised to come at 1, but came at 3 instead, when only my 16 year old son was home. He explained to the Maple Glass employee what the issue was. The Maple Glass employee climbed on the chair, knocked on one side of the panel, knocked on the other side of the panel and concluded that everything was great and left. And after the builder connected with Maple Glass again, I received a message from an employee called Nishan with the question if he could come in an hour. I was work and told him that I will be available on Monday. Than he asked me if any other day of the week will work, I responded. But instead of confirming or sharing other time/days that he can come, he texted: B'coz I don't have the schedule for the next week. I'll update this with office guys. They will coordinate with you". That's the end of the story. So if you want to receive the worst customer service and the worst service on blonds installation

Nearly 8 Months to get 1 glass and 2 mirrors cut.I had a custom shower walk in needing a roughly 4x4' sheet of glass, and 2 mirrors cut. What started out in a straight forward process turned into a drawn out process involving over 24 phone calls, 13 emails, and numerous texts to 6 people in the company. The only person who had any source of help was Barry in the office. Once the materials finally arrived on site, both the mirrors and glass were mis-cut/had noticeable imperfections, and this was after 2 separate instances people had come to template the opening. I've worked in Victoria's construction industry for over 8 years and not once have I had such a frustrating, nail pulling experience that I had with Maple Glass.If you want to have your project done in a timely manner and don't want to hold someone's hand the entire process, go with another glass company.

This company installed our new shower doors and we were very impressed! Installation was within a week of placing our order, the price was very competitive, the staff and especially the installer were all very courteous and professional. And the doors look great. Highly recommended!

We are delighted with our custom closets in our new home. Damion was wonderful in helping to create and executing our plans. His experience was beneficial in pointing out possible challenges within the space we had to work in. Everything worked out great.

Had the shower doors (3 of them) and closet system (4 rooms) installed through Maple Glass. Really happy with the final result and the pricing. The installation guys are really good and did a great job. The overall experience was good too… just some back and forth but worked well in the end. Just make sure to have clarity in what you want, design wise, for closet system and have it in drawing or pictures to avoid confusion and disconnect. The person in charge, Kubir, was accommodating and professional- did have few hiccups- but he worked through it with us and that was highly appreciated!Damion was amazing with understanding the design and putting it exactly what we discussed!For clarity - we had different interactions:1. Great company to work with. Provided our glass for shower in bathroom renovation and looks amazing. Whole team were very nice to work with. Had one small issue and they fixed it with no problem. Highly recommend as they local, affordable and great people.
