Money is there main priority.Place is a joke. Takes days if not weeks to get an appointment even when you tell them it’s urgent . Then after waiting with your dog in pain for a week, they call and say they have to cancel. This is not the only time. I’ve had my dog almost die here because the vet insured it was just a cist when in fact she had a severe infection and almost died. $7000 later… pick a differant vet and save yourself a headache

L&A animal hospital is our regular vet, but as we have just moved to the area we previously only had experience with regular check-ups. This week, I had to bring my cat, Murphy, in for an emergency visit and they were able to see me right away. With Covid restrictions, I was not allowed to go in (which is normal for every clinic around), but Dr. Shepherd and the wonderful vet techs came out to update me about everything that was going on. Murphy needed to stay for observations and tests, but I got updates throughout the day by phone. Dr. Shepherd made sure to list all of our options and explain to me what diagnostics were needed. I felt very included and supported during a scary time. Murphy is home now (false alarm, thank goodness), and I am so happy with the treatment he received.

We have been going to Lennox and Addington Animal Hospital for many years. Recently we had our new puppy Blizzard in for his first visit and Dr. Shepherd and all of the staff made him feel comfortable and happy with a lot of positive attention. All of our dogs have been very comfortable there over the years!

This clinic was there for my daughter and I when my usual vet clinic was NOT !! My 18 year old female orange tabby was on her last leg and we could tell she was in pain and ready to pass away. My heart was ripping out of my chest and this clinic didn't hesitate when I called and gave them the info and how my vet wouldn't fit me in. They were very professional, and cared for our girl right away. They let us have time to be with her before administering the medication. We never once felt like we were being rushed. They have been taking care of my last remaining cats needs since then. There is a special blend of cat food he requires and they even order it in for me! I have nothing but good things to say about this place!!

We have been with Mark for over 20 years, and he has always made us feel special and always takes the time to talk to us about our fur babies, One of the most caring people I know, and he makes all his clients feel very important. The care he takes with our fur babies, I know he cares about all his clients this way. And his staff is amazing, they can answer any questions I ask, and if they cannot right away, they find the answers for us. After trying other clinics Lennox Addington provides the most compassionate and responsive services almost every time.They respect my input and wishes and have never upset nor been derisive towards me, as I adhere towards natural protocols wherever possible.They've been my go-to veterinarians for many years and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Many Thanks to The Lennox and Addington Veterinary staff! They saw our poor little sick dog on an emergency basis and it is a good thing too because he was in misery with ( an opportunistic) clostridium difficile infection in his bowel. Everyone there was reassuring, efficient and professional from start to finish. We had an excellent experience there and were very grateful that they were able to take our little fellow after three other vet offices had turned us down due to being too busy.

Speedy service! My vet clinic canceled my dogs neuter and called these guys on the same day and they were able to book him in the following Wednesday. Then when he got fixed they were done by noon and my dog was ready to be picked up! One happy but unhappy pooch!

Clinic was amazing when we started - friendly staff, open 7 days a week, available appointments. Fast forward 2 years, clinic no longer open 7 days a week, continuous shortage of staff, and 2+ months wait for regular appointment.

Thanks for the patience and care you provided both Kiki and I during her visit. All my questions were answered clearly, and your gentleness with my stressed out old girl was appreciated so much.
