Terrible quality product with even worse customer service. My builder sourced our front double doors from Glass Craft, which were selected in fiberglass to avoid any of the usual issues associated with wood doors. Well, within a year the active door warped so bad that you can see it with your eyes, yet Glass Craft states it's not warped enough. The first two attached pictures show the bottom and top portions of the door where you can see the bowing as the doors don't line up when compared to the 3rd picture that shows a smooth closure between the doors in the middle. In addition, the design of their 3 point locking system is terrible because the pin that goes into the frame at the bottom has eroded the hole that it goes into even though our front door is hardly ever used. The expansion of the locking hole has made it so that with the slightest wind outside it sounds like someone is trying to break into our house, and the service guy for the builder said he cannot do anything to fix the issue. I reached out to Glass Craft directly since I've been having issues with the builder, and they blew me off stating I can only go through the builder even though I'm the one that paid the $8500 for the doors. Lastly, even the decorative aluminum framing on the door is of such poor quality that it's rusting all over, and this is even after I had the frame powder coated not long after we moved in because there was already so much rust on a brand new door.
