My husband and I are thoroughly enjoying our new furniture.McElheran's is a great local treasure, Teresa's guidance, attentiveness and enthusiasm for our 'project' was the epitome of customer service excellence, and the delivery duo were top-notch. Very pleased all around!

Great customer service. After a lot of comparative shopping, I had a member of McElheran’s team come to my condo to look at my space and prepare a design layout. They helped me select my pieces and fabrics from their large showroom of high quality furniture. Shelley Cronin and Jeff McElheran were very knowledgeable and helpful. My new home looks beautiful and every piece of furniture came from McElheran’s I highly recommend them.

We recently purchased the most perfect recliner for our dad from McElheran's. And we’re incredibly delighted and grateful for the guidance from Kirsti, Danielle, and the delivery team coming together as a collective to make it all possible for dad. I recently bought a king bed to match an existing furniture set. Kirsti was extremely helpful in showing a whole lot of options. I felt it was a very positive and comfortable shopping experience without feeling pressured. I ended up loving my bed. The white glove delivery and set-up also went smoothly. My bed is excellent quality and I will definitely shop McElheran's again.

We purchased a quilted bed frame from McElheran's and our sales associate was Teresa. She knew her product and offered us several fabric samples and was knowledgeable on the quality and endurance of each sample. Upon the purchase of the bed frame we were kindly informed that there would be a few months wait for delivery, which we accepted. Teresa continually kept us up to date on the delivery status of our bedframe. It arrived as planned and upon arrival Teresa promptly arranged for delivery and set up. The delivery was prompt and the workers were courteous, ensuring that there was no damage to our home. The delivery staff were quick to get the job done and cleaned up any garbage that was ensued. You would never have known they were even there. We have shopped at McElheran's before and have always been very pleased.

The service at McElheran's was warm and welcoming, and I am very pleased with the desk that I purchased. It's a beautiful and timeless piece of furniture. Truly a rare find.

We ordered two arm chairs and dealt with Shelley. The store had a variety of styles for us to choose and a multitude of fabric colors / quality. We confirmed our selections and placed the order which we expected in 6-7 months. Shelley committed to keep us posted on the order status and she was very diligent to do this. The good news...the chairs arrived ~3 months after we placed the order. We are very pleased with the McElheran's service and quality of the product.

Over the last 10+ years we usually go directly to McElheran’s to pick out or order furniture due to the long time satisfaction and relationship. However, if we ever go to the many other furniture stores to ‘look’, we aren’t as satisfied so naturally return to our ‘go to’ bricks n’ mortar store that we trust. Jeff and the staff are top notch. When it comes to most things we aren’t too picky, but with furniture we are very particular for quality and value (price for quality – especially what you can’t see). Attention to the details of our other pieces to compliment is recognized as critical at McElheran’s. We’ve redone many rooms.
