Staples

Ordered online. one item to arrive in 7 days and one in 1 day. Staples used to be next day delivery each and every time. They were great. Have been seriously disappointing me for the past year or so. Need to find another supplier.

I wish there was a zero star option I could choose. It is probably my first review with such low star.I went to this Staples branch to only and only “spiral coil” the notes I had from my instructor for a class. A simple service that any Staples provide in a couple of hours.I explained to the gentleman behind the counter that I am the costumer to Staples branch xxx, their coiling machine is broken. So, they could not complete coiling my notes. The gentleman called his colleague/manager to help as he did not know what to do.When the second gentleman came, he said it is not allowed to alter an author’s work without written permission. I explained to him for a few times that I don’t want to make any changes to my class’s instructor note. I just want them to put an spiral coil on it so I can study my notes easier. He kept going on and on that it’s not allowed to do that and does not know why other branches do that.I left the branch being sad thinking if I did something wrong. Went back to staples xxx, talked to their manager about what happened. They calmly explained to me that it is not about coiling class notes. It’s about copy and printing books. It does not include coiling a class notes. They received my notes and will spiral coil it when their machine is fixed.So sorry for this branch which seemed clean, tidy and fairly big. I will never go back again.

There is nothing worse than this staples. The print team is so unhelpful and the now 3rd time that i’ve went there they make me feel like i’m incompetent and annoying needing help. As a young girl i can’t imagine how older people must feel here. They Seem like they hate their job and even argue amongst each-other. This staples is right beside where I live but I will now go elsewhere.

I went there amd one of the associate Aman guided me very well. He is a positive person and he made sure i find all the items I am looking for. Keep up the good work!

Called multiple times on two separate days and was unable to reach anyone. They do not answer their phones, which show a complete lack of care for their prospective customers.I ended up having to select that I was picking up a parcel until I was finally able to talk to someone.Do better Staples. I will be going elsewhere for my printing needs from now on.

Almost impossible to find customer service on the floor. I left in disgust.That said, they have a reasonable array of electronics and of course, they are the go to place for office supplies. The store is bright and clean and apparently well organized.I don't know whether the staff is helpful and friendly because I couldn't find them, excepting the busy cashiers and the photocopy department - the latter of which have proven in the past to be not helpful at all.Management take note: put some customer service reps ON THE FLOOR! It's not too far to Best Buy.

This store has a good variety of school & office supplies (including TP) as well as electronics & a copy centre for your printing needs. They sell gift cards as well and award AirMiles points. Special promotions for businesses accounts and teachers. Good place to find unique gifts too.

Tried to ship two parcels using fedex half an hour before closing time. The staff that attended me needed help every step of the way, even for basic input to the computer. I was ok to spell things out as she was obviously new. Who seemed to be her manager seemed to be impatient about the fact i was still there after 20 minutes and directed her frustration to me by rudely telling me to just give her my address, which I was, but had to spell it for her. Left a sour taste in my mouth. Also used the self serve printer and that was quick and efficient.

In staples. There are a lot of pencil and pens you can buy them cheap,but when you see the outside it looks more like a office then a shop. but still I give it a five star rating :D

Online Purchases still not refunded. Do NOT purchase online. Extremely poor customer service.I try to support non-amazon businesses. I purchases items online and picked them up in the store. Unfortunately I had to return the items as they weren't what I expected.When I went in, the store manager (Adam Wong), took care of me. When doing the refund they were only able to process half the refund (this was a head office/online purchase issue) and I had to leave all the items there and he would personally make sure that everything was refunded. This was back at the end of Sept 2022. I continue to follow up and nothing gets done.I am left with no recourse as the entire purchase was around $50. I don't like posting negative reviews, but I'm left with no options. The time and energy sunk into this issue is shocking for myself and for the company as clearly it has cost more in labour and frustration than the refund is worth.
