My partner and I have used the Pratt Bros several times. After today we will never call anyone else.We called yesterday when our home was in a compromised situation. You will have zero issues with the quality of their work, it’s top notch. A little pricey but it’s worth it. Great service. No surprises. Charged what they quoted. Quick and on time. Highly recommend.Brought a deadbolt with me that I thought needed to be replaced. They had a look at it, gave it a little graphite and me some advice, I reinstalled it and it works perfect. Saved me $90 and definitely earned any future business.

I've been here twice because no other place could help me.Once I needed a key made for a lock with no key, done!Second time I came in (walk in, no appointment) with my new (to me) cars key, the key was so worn down it looked like a toothpick. They were able to completely reconstruct the key and cut me a new one and have it programmed to my car within a half an hour. They also did this at over HALF the cost of what the local dealership was trying to charge me for a key they could not get in for over a week and then would take more time to program.Very please, will come back as I already know I need my door cylinder to match my ignition and they assured me they would resolve it for me.
