Was through the drive through on my first day off in awhile and was feeling great wanting to try something new. Asked the drive through person for a recommendation on a cold drink like an iced cap. She placed an order for me and did not tell me what it was.I pulled up to the window to pay and overheard the drink mixer say “this sounds SO nasty” as she handed it to the window girl. I mentioned it and she said “I don’t think you were meant to hear that, … oh yeah, *reads label* I would drink this. You’ll be fine.” I did not drink it, it was a waste of money and completely ruined my day. Will never be back to this location, terribly disappointed by the staff and how they laughed it off after I paid nearly $9 for a “nasty” drink.I was looking for a new summer drink, & I thought the core values of Starbucks were “We're committed to upholding a culture where inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility are valued and respected.”. The weekend morning staff need to be reminded of this. Had this been an enjoyable drink I would have been back all summer. Had the staff been committed to upholding Starbucks culture and respecting my unusual request, it would have been a different story…

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I stumbled upon the caffeine oasis known as Starbucks, and boy, was I in for a treat! This place is like the Fast & Furious" of coffee shops. The staff are like espresso-fueled superheroes

Nice atmosphere, clean location and friendly staff. Ordered 4 drinks where two should have been a tall and instead were charged and given as a grande. No big deal as the drinks were delicious.

The coffee is always very tasty, but...... This is definitely not light ice... May need to resort to just skipping ice altogether

Service is generally great and they are consistent with orders, however they really need to change their hours of operation. Stated online that they are open until 10pm however I arrive at the drive thru on two separate occasions and they were closed. Employees inside, however they're not going to serve you past 9:30, or maybe even earlier. If you want to close early, please just state that you're closed at 9:30 so that I don't have to drive out of my way only to find out that the place is closed.

I ordered on the app; after waiting over 15 minutes on the drive-thru lane to pick up, the guy showed me an empty paper bag and told we are sold out on the item you ordered!If the item is sold out how the app is taking the order?!This company should improve its ordering process and this particular location should revise its whole drive-thru process.I went inside to order a replacement item, they are out of inventory on majority of baked products at 1 pm!Go and find another customer friendly place…

Sofia served me at the cash register. She was a bit short and unfriendly. The person at the bar was friendly but the drink that I ordered tasted watered down and it wasn't shaken so it tasted watery and wasn't sweet enough. Didn't want to have it remade because at my initial order I already felt unwelcome. Sometimes people are just having a bad day but I think it's worth reminding staff of their facial expressions and ensuring the quality of these expensive drinks.

Good location and atmosphere when sitting inside. Same Starbucks service and drinks as everywhere but the staff seem to be friendly all the time which is nice. I usually go through the drive thru when ordering and always am asked how my day is going etc. which is nice.Watch out for the first few days of nice weather and weekends in the summer because the drive thru line gets super long and bleeds through to the rest of the plaza
