When I heard that I could get a grant for the installation of a new heat pump I was very happy and excited as we don’t often get these opportunities. But after looking into how to register, apply and meet all the criteria with the application and follow up process was totally overwhelmed until I found John Chapin, Energy Advisor. He answered all my questions, explained the process in easy to understand language, did the appropriate assessment of my house, completed all the forms and basically did it all. They was a fee for his services but a good portion of that is covered by the grant as well. It could not have been any easier and stress free for me.
