i spent the better part of a month looking for a reasonably priced reasonable condition used truck. After having an absolutely terrible experience (read: nightmare) with another used car dealership, i was ready to give up and was reticent about any used car dealership.Charles was straight forward about price and condition and even pointing out small problems that i didn't even notice (which he agreed to fix!). The no pressure, patient approach and the included powertrain warranty added piece of mind and confidence to the purchase.If that wasn't enough, on the agreed purchase date, I was going to Uber to the dealership, but Charles (and team) brought the truck to me. Even after a 40 min drive, he still did a full walk around of the vehicle, noting the repairs, explaining the full warranty and ensured I had no questions or concerns.All round great experience, restored my faith in the industry. Went to buy a car back in September. I’ve been screwed over by shady dealers before so I went in a little suspicious but Charles was awesome. He was super patient with all my questions, and even more patient when my bank was blocking my deposit. They valued the car at a really good price. Any issues that I had with the car in the first month were quickly addressed and even the mechanic who worked in conjunction with Ottawa AutoSales spoke highly of everyone who worked there (Charles especially). I will be going back again. Awesome customer service from everyone on the team. Great experience all around.

Great experience! Thanks again, Charles!My husband and I ordered a new van for our growing family at the same dealership that we bought my first car. At the time of the order, we had my car appraised for a trade in on the new van for when it arrived. Months later, we finally got the call that our van had arrived! We went in to finalize the deal and the dealer told us that although our trade was still a great car, the market value had changed. They could only offer a much lower amount than what we had originally expected. This affected our budget greatly and with interest rates being a lot higher, it put us outside our budget, but we really needed this van for our family. We called Charles and asked if he would be interested in buying our car for more than what the dealer could offer. He offered us more than the dealer over the phone and, after seeing our car in-person, he even gave us a bit extra because of how nice the car was. We signed some paperwork, gave him the keys and he handed us a cheque that we cashed that same day. If you’re in a tight spot and know your car might be worth more than what a dealership will offer you for a trade, give Charles a call - you have nothing to lose!
