I would like to commend David for the excellent work he did for us today. He was super thorough and efficient - checked to be sure the furnace was working after the cleaning and even fixed up our loose dryer vent. He was friendly and professional and the air in our house feels so much cleaner!! I would highly recommend Modern PURAIR!! Thanks again David!

I had their team come to clean my furnace vents, David and Juan were absolutely wonderful, professional, courteous, considerate, clean and caring. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain their procedures and processes. They also made friend with my 160lb Dane. Definitely worth, and would recommend. Thanks boys!!

*****update***** I was contacted shortly after by Mitchell who was very apologetic and asked to save my business. He was able to get me an appointment for Monday. I received my notifications and reminders as I did before and the day of the service, my tech contacted me prior to my appointment time to confirm he was on his way. He showed up in the timeframe and got right to work. Once done, he explained the process he went through and showed me pictures of before and after. I was grateful that we were able to resolve the issue and have the service done. They were very accommodating. Thank you for your professionalism.**************************************************************They have such great reviews which is one of the main reasons I booked with them. I did my homework and though they are a little more costly, I was impressed with their cleaning process and their persistence to get my business so I booked on Tuesday with them to have my vent cleaned on the coming Saturday. I received notification via text and via email on Friday to reconfirm my appointment between 12-1pm. The notice said I would get a call from the tech 15-30 min prior to the time. It was 12:50 when I texted to know what was going on. The office said they would reach out to the tech. The tech called me shortly after to advise the appointment had been cancelled yesterday and needed to be rescheduled. Yet no one called me yesterday to tell me. Very frustrating that I had to chase and get the disappointing news. Apologies were given but that was it at that time.

Jaun Is very unprofessional in edmonton I will never use this service ; Jaun doesnt have knowledge of where he is located ( asked him where his office is and he had NO idea ) Than when i called to inform the head office there was zero way to speak to anyone in charge . Its a very slow based system

I called Modern PURAIR for dryer vent cleaning on Saturday afternoon and booked next day Sunday early morning. Two service people came on time and did great job. They also made sure the dryer was connected to the vent properly. My dryer works well since then. I highly recommend Modern PURAIR for dryer vent cleaning service.

Booked with these folks two years in a row now for semi annual services, zero issues , one day service as planned . Courtesy call couple days before as we book a few weeks in advance . The guys cleaned 22 vents in our senior facility once again no issues and that’s hundreds of feet of hose well placed as not to obstruct senior walkways throughout a 4 story building holding over 220 units . Will be booking again and encouraging our other buildings to use them as well.

Great service! I would recommend using them. Liam was very nice and professional. He call 15 mins before arrival and did a great job. He showed me before and after pics and everything looked clean. :)

Very thorough job, cleaning a very long dryer vent from the outside, from the inside at the dryer and halfway at an elbow.David has great skills and is pleasant to have in the house.

My experience with this company is an excellent one. First, for it's personable and knowledgeable staff, on site as well as off, second, for a easy to navigate website, it was a snap to book an appt, and thirdly, for their flexibility in changing my appt date. I'm sure I'll use them again!
