If you want a utility trailer worked on, then you can drop it off, and they will fit it in. New springs in 4 days. Exceptional service!

The level of customer service and knowledge from Victor was far above anything I’ve experienced from any business. Had a clearance issue with my tire/deck setup and he went out his way to make/find parts and for a very reasonable price. Nice to see a business truly take interest in a customers needs.

After receiving news that my 2016 StarCraft 16ft travel trailer axle appeared to be bent/lost its camber, I was certainly stressed as I’d just had a new roof and other repairs completed….. I was directed to North End Spring, specifically Victor who is said to deal with these types of repairs. I hauled the trailer down and was greeted by Victor and we headed outside to have a look. As suspected the axle needed to be replaced (sad for a 2016 with very low miles) however Victors honest approach and suggestions to improve the strength, quality, tow ability and overall look we’re genuine and in my best interest as I plan to keep this trailer long term. I left the trailer in their secured lot without hesitation and received a quote for a custom axle setup later that evening. The quoted price was not only reasonable but turned out to be very accurate (within $7) which is much appreciated given the state of the economy and lack of disposable income. I decided to go ahead with the repair and replacement which included a far superior axle, slinging the springs over the top to add height and better weight handling. Overall very happy with the service and product received. Will absolutely return if I need suspension work in any capacity.

Victor did a great job installing brackets that raise my travel trailer by 3. This was an unusual job but after some study he was able to pull it off. He also installed new brakes and bearings. Along with all the other reviewers I found him and his work to be exceptional and his communication to be direct and honest. You're in good hands with Victor."

We would like to thank the new manager for all he did for us! We went back with our vehicle a few days after the warranty was up. He honoured the warranty and repaired it. I would recommend this company to anyone.
