Spent 5 years fighting icbc, was mislead to settle when I should have been advise to go to court. It has ruined my life. Lack of information that I requested led to a misinformed settlement. Left heartbroken and in tears, my future is changed forever. Very sad outcome. Not to mention no compassion for injuries. Do not recommend if you want good honest communication.
