THEY WILL LOSE YOUR PASSPORT. They will avoid answering your question. I have proof. I have called them several times almost everyday, and they avoid your phone call. STAY AWAY FROM THEM unless you want to ruin your trip. Look at my photo proof. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Nice staff, however services listed included passport photo service, which they do not provide. Their camera broke 2 years ago and apparently head office has not bothered to replace it. So was a wasted trip.

Terrible customer service. Next to no communication, many live chats" online questions gone unanswered. I had to call daily to get any kind of update and often the call center could not provide an answer. Paid for the one day service and it took three weeks. Would have been much quicker and cheaper if I had dealt with the embassy myself. Do not use this service it's not worth the fee."

No response over phone, email or chat for 6 days or more and i have provided them all my important travel. Such an irresponsible company. Travel date is nearing and unable to reach anybody.

Knowledgeable staff, had my passport pictures in 10minutes, they were nice and approved by the passport authorities immediately and with no further issues.Its located in the -1 floor entering from W.Hastings.

I would give them closer to a 4.8 or 4.9 but didnt have that option. Great work and handled everything quickly. Only drawback was that the FedEx tracking label created initially didn't go hand in hand with where my package really was. However, once I emailed them about it, communication really picked up.

I was very skeptical to go through a third party to obtain my Visa for China at first, but time was running out, and I could not go to Vancouver branch myself before my travel date. I ended up calling VisaHQ and they were very professional on the phone and answered all my questions.I called back multiple times to get confirmation on how to fill out the forms, and each time they were very patient with me, and took the time to walk me through my concerns. I ran into complications generating the final form at the end of the process, and they told me just to send the form as is with any information they might need to clean up any mistakes I made on the form and provide additional details. When I the form to VisaHQ, I had even failed to sign the papers, but they were able to authorize the papers themselves by signing in another field.Once the Visa form and my passport arrived at VisaHQ, they had it submitted to the Vancouver visa office the same day, picked it up from the Visa office the next day, and had it shipped back to my home the same day they picked it up from the Visa office. I even got a nice surprise of receiving a 10 year Visa when my package arrived.In Summary: Incredible, fast, professional service from VisaHQ, and they went above and beyond my expectations. I certainly recommend them and will be using them again.

Amazing service! I have dealt with this company before and marvel at their acumen for obtaining visas for so many countries. We are going to China in October so I once again availed myself of their services. I dealt with Peter who was very friendly and helpful. I live outside the Lower Mainland so I had to send my application and passports by mail. Having them vet my package, submit it and mail it back was magic. The service was also very prompt which was great because nobody likes to have their passport out of their hands for too long. Great job VisaHQ!! Thanks!!

Excelente service. The personnel was great. I went to get my photos for my Express entry and they did a amazing job.

it was the first time we uses a visa service and i was very pleased with the result, the 1-800 number for advice in filling out the forms had very short wait times and answered all my questions. When we went down to the VisaHQ office in Vancouver they could not be nicer. they went over our forms and any changes were made on the spot. they took them over for processing and called us when they were ready for pickup.i would certainly use VisaHQ again, it made my life so much simpler
