In the forested area of beautiful SUNDRE ALBERTA CANADA. You own your land in this resort. Plenty of shopping & dining within walking distance. Small town with lots of amenities.

Have been an owner for 20yrs this month. Costs have increased eg. taxes & condo fees, but everything has gone up everywhere. Lots of trees, creeks & short walk to downtown. GREAT RV park
