GP Bikes

We brought 2 bikes in today for safety inspection. Appointment booked at 1:30 and 2:30. We arrived early at 1:00, and they took us in early. While we wait, we walk around the store, which is very impressive to browse their large collection of motorcycles, gears, mods and even maintenance items like engine oil, chain lube, etc., felt like a kid in a candy store. If you love motorcycle, this is a nice place to get your bike worked on, to buy new gears or just to come hangout, theres lots of friendly bikers here too. They finished the inspection at 2pm, way earlier than we expected. Very friendly service and reasonable price. Would recommend to any friends and family. My only critical point is that their hours is a little restrictive, 9-5 on most days and closed on Sunday, which is not convenience if you have a 9-5 job.

I am in awe of this company. Am a new rider and just discovered GP Bikes last Saturday an hour before closing. This was not enough time. I came back Tuesday afternoon and spent 3.5 hours with 3 reps to try on and select all my gear. Customer service and selection are top notch.The pants I got are not quite the right fit. Living 90 minutes away (on a good day), they said I could return them by mail. They are also working with their vendor reps to source new pants in my size.Absolutely fantastic shopping experience that I cannot recommend enough. I would offer 12 stars if I could.In an age where retail in Canada is dying, GP Bikes has earned my business for life <3

Bought my first two motorcycles here. I purchased my first ever bike (Honda CBR300R) from Ben and the sales process was very smooth. I got super lucky with the first bike because it was a “used” 2015 with literally 1km in 2018. I had planned to eventually get my dream bike here shortly after.A year after I decided to go ahead and get my dream bike, a Ducati V4. I had inquired about purchasing a V4 and Carl Goveia had got back to me about a V4 S that they had listed for a couple thousand more. I decided to jump the gun on getting the V4S since it had more tech which was something I was looking for and it fit within the budget I was willing to spend. (My only regret is not getting it fitted with an akro exhaust kit). I did have a bit of hiccups actually getting the bike because there seemed to have been some type of crack somewhere on the exhaust system so it took a few extra months to get the bike but Carl ensured me that everything was okay. When I finally received the bike I was truly excited to get it and start it up for the first time. The purchasing experience the second time around was a bit less smooth but I was still happy with the outcome.This dealership is my one stop shop for everything motorcycle related whether it comes to gear, accessories or service. I definitely will be coming here to get bikes in the future as well as gear (and hopefully an akropovic kit fitted for my Ducati in the near future).

*Edit: Changing my review from 2 stars to 4. Ive only had the one poor experience and its unfair of me to judge GP soley on it and the manager did try to fix the problem*Called to order tires and have installed and balanced. Was told I would get a call back and didn't...twice... I went in on a Saturday in person to order this time. Of course the service department wasn't open to book a date, so paid for tires and called back to book an install date. Was told because my bike is a 2000, they wouldn't install them (it's pre 2004) and was suggested to go to a local bike shop.They knew my bike make and model, as they've done them before, sold me $500 worth of tires they wouldn't install. Pushrod performance cycle is now taking care of my bike.The picture is my bike they wouldn't install tires on because it's, too old""

Awesome place. staff was friendly and extremely professional. Got my motorcycle boots and groves. Yesterday. Will definitely go back again when I can ride my bike there soon :) Cheers.

Always fun going to GP bikes. Tons of goods but they do have way to much for the size of the building which makes walking through a little tricky at times. But the inventory they carry is awesome, the staff are always Friendly. What a flagship dealership. Clustered but always a good visit.

Picked up my first bike here and all my gear as well - the staff were super friendly, helping fit my helmet and got me through paperwork for my bike in just minutes! The side mirror fell off for some reason during my first ride out, so I came back and they fixed it for me without any issues. The people here a great. Big shout out to Ben McPherson. So happy with my purchase :)

Service, staff, environment and overall feel of being at this store is amazing. The bikes they have in display are always clean and if you have any questions, the staff there are always happy to help. They’re currently expanding the store and I can’t wait to see how it looks like once they’re done. If you’re looking for a motorcycle, definitely come here.

It was 4th visit to GP bikes in the past two years, it is an awesome place to buy motorcycle gear, they have tons of motorcycles too but never had a chance to buy one from them. This store has a lot of options when it comes to Helmets, boots or jackets. The only thing I would say they need to improve is the Helmet section customer service, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable but sometimes there's only one or max two helper in that section and you've to just wait for quite long to ask question and get you the helmets you want to try. Pricescare reasonable and sometimes there are quite good deals on the gear. Overall good store with bunch if options. One suggestion I would give to the store owner/management that they should consider opening a store somewhere in the GTA as it is quite a commute for people living in Oakville/mississauga.

Been here a few times, and ordered some stuffs from their website. They have a good selections of gears and bikes. Good customer service. You can just come in to hang out, try on gears, sit on bikes, don't have to buy anything. Definitely a nice place for all my fellow bikers
