great facility. Very far from cities, thus lots of cars, parking lot can be a mud puddle at times. Traffic leaving can get bad. Wish it was closer. Facility is top notch.

Management absolutely terrible. Cheapest management I have ever encountered. Minimal wait staff for 100s of people. Service is slow. Can't call because Noone there to take responsibility. 800 bucks for a team and they can't even have multiple balls on a court? Really? Pathetic establishment.

Well kept, but fairly rude staff and very anti-children. It used to accept families, but now only adults - not even on the sand. Definitely not getting my money in the future.

Facility is amazing, top notch. But they make $200,000+ in registration fees alone and they have the same scoreboards they've had since they opened a decade ago. It would also take minimal effort to have online standings (like they did in 2014). They don't care about your volleyball experience, just that they have your money and that you keep coming in and buying beers. Could be a 6-star establishment if they cared, at all.

Great atmosphere. The staff is great! Very strict on no alcohol on the courts but for good reason. Professionally managed and courts are well maintained.

Very nice place. The turf around the picnic tables was surprisingly clean. You cannot bring your own drinks but they provide water refill stations. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand before getting into your car. Sand was clean!

Great atmosphere & vibes. Only complaint is the music is not loud enough specifically on Friday nights.
