Took one of the bike tours with Chris and Blake. It was the architectural tour and it was fantastic! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and fun and Blake was very supportive!

I had booked 2 days before the tour and then found I had to cancel due to the chaos in the airline industry causing my flight to be significantly delayed. I let them know as soon as I knew (the night before). They would not even entertain transferring my payment to a future tour giving a pat BS answer of having to pre-arrange the guide for the tour that already had 8 participants and was not likely to sell out because I booked the tour 2 days before the tour. They got this money, but will never get another dollar from me.

I've lived downtown for several years and never noticed this shop. While there are MoGo racks of rental bikes around the city, I find them incredibly heavy and uncomfortable to ride. This shop rents bikes right along the riverwalk near the Merry-Go-Round.I went there to buy a bike today. They did not have a big selection, but it only takes one right? I love my new cruiser, and they were kind enough to assemble it within 2 hours. This is a local shop with kind people. I highly recommend it!

I was here for the first time last summer. Don't remember any names, but everyone was very helpful. The girl helping me stopped at nothing to find the best bike for my height (I'm short), as well as switching out the bike seat to three different ones so that I could get the perfect fit. She did all of this unprompted. I've recommended Wheelhouse to several of my friends for when they're down in the area.

I had a wonderful experience here today. I had been searching all over for a new bike. Wheelhouse was closed because of the rona, but they made it super easy to choose a bike online and put down a deposit on it. Today was the first day they were open and I made an appointment to pick up my bike. The woman who helped me had it ready outside for me to hop on and give it a quick spin to make sure it was right for me. She was super friendly and seemed just as excited for me to get the bike as I was to get it. I highly recommend them. Happy new bike day!

Recently did the architecture tour with Chris and it was great! Even on a gloomy Sunday afternoon, we enjoyed the tour and the time flew by. We got about 9 miles in on our 3 hour tour and could’ve gone longer. Chris was knowledgeable and kept it fun and exciting, and Tara ensured we were safe in the road and no one was getting left behind at any lights. They do a great job!

Wife and I went there today (July 2nd) for a bike tour, we had a blast. Great tour guide, fun and informative, the owner went on tour with us and she was super nice too.Great vibes and great time. Definitely worth it.
