I had an excellent experience at White Rock Volkswagen. The dealership has a good selection of vehicles, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. My Sales person was Halie, who was not only patient but also took the time to understand my preferences and guide me in finding the perfect car for my needs. Halie was extremely knowledgeable about the different models and features. The negotiation process was transparent and hassle-free. The paperwork was handled efficiently and Sam helped in financing options, and the whole buying process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Whiterock VW for anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

Purchased a 2017 QX80 and enjoyed the whole experience. My sales person was Gabe and he was very knowledgeable and very patient with no pressure sales. His main goal was to get me the vehicle I would be happy with not to just sell me a vehicle. I think this dealership is lucky to have such a genuine guy. Actuality all the staff were excellent and I would recommend this group to anyone. I looked for about three weeks and visited a lot of dealerships, only two I can say were good experiences. I had my vehicle in the service department and they identified a simple problem. No costly repairs thankfully and they identified the problem. I appreciated their candid honesty on this 2+ decades old car, which I originally purchased at this dealership. I thought about looking into an e-car and their sales people gave me a very pleasant experience. If the timing was right I would’ve happily purchased another fantastic car from them. I enjoyed the sales team who were very helpful and Oscar was understanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to return there when the time is right.

We had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned car from Gabriel. It was such a refreshing experience compared to several other dealerships. I really can't say enough about Gabe, and also Tavia in the financing office. I was on high alert for all the games, tricks, and mystery fees we've dealt with in past experiences but the team here put us at ease. This is a great little dealership where we felt very well taken care of.
