Seems like their egg & cheese has gone on diet!I even asked before I ordered is the going to be as this as I got last time, cashier said No! It's just like the picture! ( picture is misleading!)Disappointing!

This is our first time at this A&W we were served by a gentleman named Aman he wasn't a pleasant person. I ordered Kids meal for my son he never received apple slices. He always gets it with his order every time at other locations. My son asked Aman for his missing apple slices he never got it. In addtion, the Hamburger patty was old, cold and was pretty disappointing my son couldn't eat it. When I showed it to Aman he didn't express any emotion nor apologize. This is the worst customer service we ever experienced.

If it is not close to where I live, I shouldn't be going to this location with my family. This location has plenty of parking but the parking lot was empty when we were there at 10:40 am. The service was a bit slow and green. They ran out of many stuff such as croissant and Jamie tea in the morning but were not aware during ordering. It took extra time to amend or cancel the order afterwards.Service was really average, and the place was not well cleaned. They rely on customers to clean their table and chair and trash their own food tray after dining.I have been to other A&W outlets before. Although others have the same operations philosophy, they have people responsible for cleaning table and chair, tidying up table setting regularly.The hashbrowns are a bit oily tasted with burnt oil. The only thing that is acceptable is the coffee, which is really hot and tasted alright.

I bought a poutine for my daughter to eat while driving. We were heading for a 1.5 hr drive and when opened there was no fork inside. My daughter couldn't eat it and I was so disappointed. I have noticed a few times previously that some of the staffs at this location are primarily focused on socializing with each other at the expense of customer seevice. I am requesting to give at least equal importance to customer service. I will evaluate their customer service on my next visit and give a better rating if I see improvement.

This location is good, and A&W has very good options. They have drive thru. The staff is very responsible and respectful. The place could have a little love since it wasn't so clean.

Not a regular customer. However, if service continues & persist as per my first visit few days ago, then I will be. I honestly don’t mind even getting coffee from A&W since commercial coffee is becoming more or less the same, and the only differentiator is either a coupon or a good customer service. I would like to Name and employee called Nadia as she was responsible for this nice first experience. Keep it up , I may become a regular

The worst place I have been. If you don't want to work in the job you have, go do something else. Made a simple order of 2 sunny side up eggs and white toast, got 1 over hard and one hard egg. The person taking our order didn't even know what was on the menu and because it was misty they didn't come out to switch the menu board to the breakfast menu. We had to lookup the items online while I the drive thru. If I could write a negative star that would close down your location I would.

I'm a regular here and lately have noticed that depending on who's working, the level of service and quality changes big time. My wife always gets gravy to go with her fries and chicken strips. This time there wasn't even enough gravy in the container for the fries. You pay $1.49 for a teaspoon of gravy. I will have to start watching who's working before deciding to go here.
