A random and completely non-sensical fence was put up, blocking my entrance to the platform. I have asked and received no clear answer as to why. I am no longer using EXO, which, until the fence was put up, was my twice daily mode of transportation.

From this stop, my son gets to school in Mtl West in 15 minutes. I used to be so grateful for the Exo train. But because of the fence that Exo has put up, he has to go 10 minutes out of his way to go under the Jean-Talon viaduct. Instead, he has taken to jumping the quite high fence every morning and evening. Is the fence really installed for safety?

Accessibly is not their priority. As long as the fence stays closed and we can't access easily from Jarry Parc, and have to go all the way around this will be a recurring issue. It takes close to 15min to walk to the station from IGA Stadium because of the gate and having to go all the way around... without it is 2min to access the station.

They have put up a fence to block pedestrians from crossing at this station. Train passengers, as a result, cannot access the station from the Villeray side. Super inconvenient and dangerous, as you have to walk along Jean-Talon to access the station from Villeray, which is a busy road under the rail crossing. I've contacted Exo many times and they refuse to assist.

They have arbitrarily closed off one side of the track with a fence so you can only go through via Hutchison

They blocked the passage to Jarry Park for some political game and doubled the time from my appartment to the only Park around. 1 star for you guys, as long as it's not opened.
