We highly recommend Dexter Prop. Management!!Gurm and the amazing team managed our downtown condo for 5 years. Gurm is professional and timely. They responded to all inquiries immediately. They have a great accounting team and are very organized. We had a pretty high maintenance situation at our condo building and it required a lot of attention. Gurm was on every situation and gave us the peace of mind our unit was being taken care of.

Recommend for a worry free ppty management experience!!Finding the right ppty management company is very important.I have had some not positive experience in the past , and appreciate it more when I found Dexter.My ppty manager Ronald Leung is very professional. He is a great communicator and great at getting issues resolved for me and and tenant fast.The onboarding process was a breeze, from professionally taken photos, to well written ppty posting, to day to day management of the ppty and to financial reporting. It was all very positive experiences for me.Highly recommend!
