Love my son's doctor at this location. ❤️

They do run behind schedule but I see this as taking the time needed with patients who sometimes need extra time.

My children's paediatrician Dr. Ewa Szudeck is wonderful. She is very professional yet equally personable. The only draw back is the wait time for appointments and sometimes the clinic runs a couple hours behind but I suppose that's to be expected everywhere. I definitely recommend this office if you're in search of a good paediatrician. Also that you can only become a patient by doctor's referral is unfortunate.

So they charge if u dont cancel appt in 24hrs but its ok to be 2 hours behind. Why give appt times if they cant keep them.

Reception and the doctor were very nice, we appreciated the time the doctor took with us to listen and answer questions.

My daughters pediatrician is fantastic! However, the receptionist is very unprofessional and just plain rude. Every time I call i get the run around from her, she gives attitude. I just started giving attitude back because i'm tired of dealing with a women who clearly is in the wrong profession, or just really hates her job. Very frustrating.

I received a phone call from this establishment. They didnt say who they were but did say my child has an appointment for such and such day at such time. Im like who is this? They replied,the halifax pediatric associationAnd I ask who is my child seeing? dr.trider. .. but then i also had to ask where they were located as im not sure if she understands how to use a phone as she called me up. Why do i need to ask where im going. Youre supposed to greet me and tell me who you are and where im going as its really poor ohone skills. Im sure shes a great woman but manEven my kid says hello first before speaking. And hes 8 yrs old. Do you need receptionist? He'll do it for free lol

Dr Morely is excellent. Very professional and thorough. I agree with others though about the receptionist. She can be difficult sometimes.

God awful. They do not answer their phone ever, the msg recording says we answer the phone between M & F between 8 and 4 (approx) with the exception of a lunch hr. NOT ONLY THAT but when you do leave a message they dont return your call.I called at the beginning of the week to ask about an upcoming apt

Extremely frustrating !! I waited two months to get my daughter in for her shots! Her appointment was at 11am !! I got there 20 min early and left close to 1pm after I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be and she said 45 min! There were two people ahead of me!! One who’s appt was at 1230?? How does 1230 go infront of 11?? I have no idea! So I left without my daughters shots! Again! RIDICULOUS!Dr Szudek is a very thorough doctor but I why give appointments if you can’t keep them? Then the receptionist (who wasn’t too polite about my concerns (rescheduled my daughter for March 9th) and made it clear it could be an hour wait at that appointment as well!! So I asked her should I come an hour late then? To which she replied that’s up to you but if you’re late she might not see her if she’s on time !!! Like what?!!!? It’s okay to make us sit around for hours but if I come late so im not sitting around that’s ok!? Im beyond upset with the way things work in this office . Now my daughter will be 9 months old getting her 6month shots
