Kun's Omakase Bar
I recently visited here was impressed by the quality of service and freshness of the ingredients. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure that all of our needs were met throughout the meal. The food was delicious, with a great selection of dishes made with fresh.However, the only downside was the difficulty in finding parking near the restaurant. It was located on a busy street with limited parking options, which made it a bit of a challenge to find a spot.

Place to go if you want to splurge on upscale Japanese food. I was wowed by the presentation of their special dishes, and the freshness of their seafood. They even serve real wasabi, which is very difficult to find nowadays.Despite their name, they are no longer doing omakase courses.

Very calming environment. Servers are very attentive. Food tasted great. Wagyu oshi just melts in your mouth. We didn't order alot of food as there were only 2 of us but everything tasted great. Highly recommend reservations as there are not many tables available

Delicious sushi in steveston and one of the better places around the greater Vancouver area. The regular chirashi is great value offering high quality fish!

We have been planning to dine at this sushi restaurant for a while as we live near by and frequent the area. Everytime we walk by we never have a reservation and miss our chance. As usual we forgot to make a reso but stopped by anyway luckily they had space for us.We had a great time, the food was fantastic, some of the best sushi in town. We had the aburi nigiri, assorted sashimi platter and red wave roll combo. Service was excellent and they really accommodated us when we lacked a little table space.The price point in our opinion was fair, considering the food was fresh, presentation was great and quantity was just right.Great for a high quality sushi dinner night, the quieter intimate setting was a bonus for us.Highly recommended.

High quality sashimi, nice atmosphere, superb service. Particularly enjoyed the bluefin tuna - it was unforgettable. The price was reasonable and I enjoy how the restaurant is slightly hidden from the street, makes for a lovely and quiet experience. Their servers are really helpful and patient - regularly checking in - but never rushing you.

Stumbled upon this fantastic little Japanese restaurant! The quality of food is a notch above your local japanese joint! Truly superior quality fish, excellent sushi rice, and real artistic flare all combine for a great meal! Highly recommend the restaurant! Try the uni noodle soup dish (not pictured as my family dug into it before I could snap a photo) is amazing! Great portion of eel and the soup broth is fantastic! The sides that it is served with really compliment the dish.

The go to place when friends visit Richmond and they are craving high quality sushi. High quality ingredients with great balance in flavors. Place is popular and not large amounts of seating so reservations are highly recommended
