Not impressed. You shouldn't walk out of here after visiting a loved one and feel not only offended and attacked but also be concerned for the welfare of your vulnerable parent. Staff has very poor communication skills. They need to check their tone with visitors. And I took issue with not having any privacy during my short visit. I have more to say but I'll leave it at that. Not very impressed at all. I left feeling very uncomfortable about the whole situation.

Medication protocol is horrible. My father hasn't had the pills he was prescribed for over a month. Very frustrating. Bad communication between manor, pharmacy, hospital and doctors.

The staff are excellent, the food is very good, the rooms are spacious, bright and clean. My mother enjoyed living here. Just need more activities for the residents.
