I had a toddler at home napping and they were in and out without waking our toddler. We used their service for both moving and tuning. Very responsive from the beginning and is quick and efficient. Moving was carefully done and tuning was thorough. He took extra time to fix sticky keys as well.Highly recommend!

James and his staff arrived exactly at 9am and that's the time that it was scheduled for. They came into the house and protected the ground with carpet. They secured the piano and delivered it to its destination. They arrived there promptly and protected the house and the Piano the same way they did from the other location.
