I always accompany my husband’s best pick soccer store for past 10 years. The shop really has variety of selection and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I cannot comment for the price because they carrie most size and model so regardless of price ‘ the player’ wants to get it.

I’ve been to a ton of soccer stores in my life and this has been my best experience by far. The staff are amazing and so are the products. I was helped by Thanush and he was super helpful, really knowledgeable and extremely nice. Honestly such a great guy. I highly recommend checking this place out. If i could rate it 6 stars I would.

Omg...i love L&M Taylor Soccer! After checking alot of big chain stores, i contacted L&M and, of course, they could do exactly what i needed. Great customer service and Dakota is awesome and so so helpful!

Well stocked store with helpful staff. We were looking for turf shoes and found a few varieties although it’s not the season for indoor soccer.In addition to shoes it has a several other items related to the game.

I first time visiting the store went to pick up some soccer gear. the staff were nice. get what I want for a good price

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff.I went there once, bought a pair of cleats that I thought fit decently until I wore them for the next few days at home, but turned out my feet couldn't handle the fit.Went there a second time to return the first pair with no issues, and they took their time to help me out and was able to find a much better fitting pair.

i’m SO glad i found this store!i came looking for rugby shoes and shorts and was pleased to find the things they had. lots of soccer stuff. staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really want to make sure you walk out with what you need and best fit and comfort, etc. they provided different options and shared their expertise. there is currently a supply shortage of a few things but the staff worked hard to try too accommodate what i needed. fair pricing.way better than a general canadian tire or sportchek! support local!

Horrible avoid this place if you can because the employees don’t car to help and they have nothing in stock very horrible experience I got here!

Terrible Customer Service and OverpricedI've been shopping at this place for years and haven't experienced any issues until today. I've bought over 8 pairs of high end model boots from L&M Taylor and never experienced such terrible customer service.This past summer I purchased TWO pairs of Tiempo Legends totalling close to $500. Legend 5's and Legend 6's. As I was checking out I stated to the sales clerk that there was a known issue in some of the pairs of cleats and statement from Nike saying the Tiempo Legend 5's had a toe box peeling issue due to the design. She understood and told me to contact the shop if anything were to happen ( NO SORT OF POLICY WAS EXPLAINED ON RECEIPT OR VERBALLY). This summer I played in the Volt Tiempo Legend 6's with no problems or issues ( because nike fixed the peeling toebox on this current model). This past week I started my indoor season with the older model and low and behold the Legend 5's toebox ripped my first game due to the defect in the soccer boot.I contacted the store today and was quickly rushed off the phone by a rude salesperson. She stated that it was not within their 3 month policy " and nothing could be done. I tried to explain that I haven't worn the cleats since the summer because I bought two pairs but she didn't believe me. I also explained the defect and statement from Nike but she told me she was busy and couldn't do anything other than for me to contact Nike.The sales staff seemed to show little interest in my problem even after being a loyal customer for years. I was shocked to hear her say that "these cleats weren't meant to be played on turf rather on grass or firm ground so that's probably why this happened". These boots are specifically designed to play on artificial surfaces as well as grass. Most people who purchases cleats at this store will probably play on some sort of artificial turf or grass especially being in TorontoThey treated me unfairly and didn't even hear me out after I was willing to bring the defected shoes in and even list off the pairs of shoes I purchased over the years but nothing.This goes for any *PARENTS* out there if you are looking to buy high end boots from this store DONT!!! do your research online! They mark up their prices on A LOT of the older colourways and models for way above retail!!!!!! I would not shop here unless you're starting your kid off with a cheap pair of cleats under $100 AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!"
