Shoppers Drug Mart

Went to go drop off a prescription around 9:15 pm. The lady working at the pharmacy was helping an older couple infront of us and they were asking when their prescription will be ready and she sighed and looked at us and said something like “I’ll try my best to do it tonight but we’re super busy” she then was complaining to them that she’s been there since 8am. I could tell the couple felt uncomfortable. And then when it was our turn she was really rude and was judging us about having the prescription for a while and not coming in (this was our first time there for a prescription and our last).

The pharmacy is the worst I have ever been too. They never have medication ready and often wait for over an hour. Very rude customer service. I have stopped using this pharmacy it is a nightmare

Really enjoy shopping here. The staff know me on a first name basis and very efficient dispensing our meds. Nice work.

Only used the Pharmacy once and will not use again. Called a day ahead to refill my prescription and went in next day and it wasn't ready. Clerk that served me had no explanation or no apology, she just didn't care.Store is well laid out and well stocked.

I have been shopping at this location for more than 20 years. I have always been impressed with the store and its staff. Everyone is courteous, friendly and professional.I especially enjoy and appreciate the cosmetics team. Manager Natalie knows her customers and her products --- making sure the customer leaves happy.I have no issues shopping here during these covid times --- all protocols are being followed.

Nothing wrong with this location. Everything is great where you get everything you would from a Shoppers Drug Mart in a big city like Toronto. My only issue was one time when I was there some guy was running a gas powered floor polisher inside with customers and staff. Almost passed out from the noxious/poisonous fumes. They need to seriously consider finding a new floor cleaning contractor.

I brought my mom in to get her passport photo done and we were assisted by the most wonderful and helpful young lady named Madison, she went so out of her way to make everything so easy for us and it meant the world.

I am giving Shoppers Drug Mart Uxbridge one star because I had to in order to have my reviewed posted but I wanted to give them zero stars! My daughter has had her prescriptions set up there for years. Every week we have issues getting the medications prepared on time. Also they never are ready when we arrive for pick up even though they have specified a time. The pharmacy assistant and pharmacist had plenty of excuses as to why they aren't at fault. I literally asked them if there was some way we could set up the refills so this wouldn't be a concern every week and they were rude about it. The assistant was making a lot of assumptions about the patient's health during the conversation. She also said some very offensive things that definitely would trigger a person with mental illness. If you are filling 450 prescriptions per day then you should have the staff to accommodate the process and be a lot nicer about it when you fall behind because it isn't the customers fault. I went over to Trail Capital IDA this morning and had our prescriptions moved there. The pharmacist and assistant were very helpful, patient and very willing to make sure medications will be ready on the date and at the time required.

Very messy, holes everywhere. Walk across the street to Rexall which is very clean, friendly and has stock on their counters.
