It takes a lot for me to give a 5-star rating, and based on my experience with them I feel that it is just for them to be rated this high. Everyone there seems to really care for their clients. All the receptionists I spoke to on the phone and in-person are polite and helpful.When I called the first time asking for a sales agent, I was luckily handed over to KRISSY MARTEL. I could not ask for a better agent than her. She's easy to speak with, and is honest and truthful. No BS, just straight and clear answers. She gave me the best deal I can find for my car in the Montreal area. She's prompt with answering questions via text messaging, and even after I brought my car home she still continued to follow up and make sure that everything is okay.CATHERINE MICHEL from F&I department is equally pleasing to work with. When we were closing my purchase, it was the most relaxed and stress-free discussion I ever had with F&I in a dealership. She had to present all her products as she's required to, and when I politely declined she did not pursue or push further.I know there are other people in this dealership behind the scenes working for customer satisfaction. I thank all of you. I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Please keep up the good work you're doing; you are making a difference in people's lives :)

Have had great experience with this dealership until recently. Their customer service is usually great until you have a complaint. Then everything is your fault and they will not take accountability. Don't even try to go up the food chain, they will side with the franchisee (despite unacceptable and faulty explanations). Unfortunately, I will not be returning here as my confidence in their work has been lost. Best of luck to all their clients! May the odds be forever in your favour that they do their repairs work properly!

The staff is friendly enough. I ended up paying extra fees due to lack of transparency and forthrightness on how financing (and paying as soon as my account was set-up) would have extra fees compared to direct payment. Trying to fix the situation with them, they stonewalled, and even tried to upsell me.Had I known, I would have chosen another dealer.Edit : Following response from owner, the problem is the lying/incompetence. You said there would be no charges, no interests, no fees. There were. When I asked, you refused to reimburse them. If you had aknowledged your mistake, and rectified, I would be satisfied. Instead, you place the blame on your customer, like I'm supposed to know all the details of your job better than you do. Typical.

Friendly staff, but inefficient process. Brought my wife car for check engin light. I diagnose the code and told them about the evap code. Two hours later technicien said the gas cap was loose, which was not. They promised that if problem return they will reimburse the charge. Engin light came back, brought back the car, two hours later, they found the problem, but part back ordered. I ask to refund they did not, gave me a credit instead. Third visit I brought the car, it was planned that I would bring the car then I would get a courtesy car. 1.5 hours later, someone had to pick me up drive 20 to a Discount. A week later engin check came back. I brought it back, they couldn't diagnose told to bring it back when it does it again. Problem happens a gain, brought in the car, they finally figured they need to file the problem to Hyundhai. 2 weeks later call me for a 8 am appointment they promise I would leave the car and a courtesy car would be available. I get there, no courtesy car. Waited almost 1.5 hours for the car to arrive, I had to reorganise a full day of meeting at work. 6 appointment later and a day completely screwed. I hope this is the last visit. Maybe I am just unlucky, but 6 appointment isn't normal, especially the planning for courtesy car has nothing to do with luck, it simply poor planning. To top it all off, the loaner car has damaged door, perhaps a minor detail, but doesn't help on the overall weak experience.Santa Fe 2015 XL white, I wrote this review the same day as my last appointment.
