Dairy Queen in Pines Plaza had really good food. Our family ordered chicken strip baskets, a banana split and a hot fudge sundae :) But their washrooms need some tending. The one toilet in the women's washroom was pretty lose and rickety. And the soap dispenser fell apart when I tried to use it. The men's washroom was also in need of some repair and TLC.

The worst DQ in Red Deer. I try not to go here and today I was reminded why. Slow service but also rude. If the people working at least smiled and were nice, the wait wouldn't be so bad. We went in and weren't even acknowledged, so went through the drive thru, and the older lady was especially rude. Then when I asked for extra sauce on my wrap she said that's an extra charge?! Lol. I work in customer service too. At least pretend you don't hate your job!

I Order a birthday cake for a 7 year olds party with 4 days lead timeSpend almost $60Show up at the time agreed on and the cake isn't ready so the staff go to the back rush the cake and mess up on all the colors and writing, when I show them the mistake they offer a $5 refund and not even an attempt to make it right.Do better Dairy Queen.

They served me a warmed up burger. The bun was way to hot to touch and sloppy and soft. Should be able to make there food fresh not just heated up.

Usually, DQ is the place to be on a hot summer day. But this one, it might be better to have a little caution when going. The staff were not impressed that a customer had come in for a blizzard and questioned them on their flip policy. Will try again to see if I get some better service.

Worst service ever. To sum it up…they just don’t care…don’t care to take an order, don’t care if it is correct, don’t care about customer service, don’t care to greet you (inside or drive through) etc. A great sign of really poor management.

You guys must be having a hard time with staff or is this the usual. The Burger I received was overloaded with Mayo and ketchup. A very soggy bun smushy Burger and thanks for forgetting napkins and ketchup for fries.ps. Please don't send one of those copy paste, we're so sorry, cuz it's all the same. You aren't very sorry, are you broken, you guys need to clean up your act and be real with your customers!have a wonderful evening...
