don't use them, paid extra for 8 week turnaround, got it after 9 weeks.....tried to call and pay twice after they sent me an invoice, they never picked the phone up..I emailed them the day I got my invoice and they said they would call me...they emailed me two months later saying sorry they take credit card. i tried to pay and they sent it to collections...had to call and clarify and they said we sent you reminders via email" ...no emails in my inbox."

The team at Aksan Pillar were fabulous to work with on the survey project for my home.Both owners were actively engaged via phone/email keeping me updated of the timing and progress with the survey itself.My property is a pie shape bend on the street and has some tricky terrain. Despite this, the onsite staff were timely, respectful and thorough with the job completed within the shared time line.Highly recommend Aksan Pillar if you are in need of surveying.

The quality of the work was excellent, and we received our survey in a timely fashion. However, what really stood out was the responsiveness of this company. A couple of years after we received our survey, Mr. Piller himself went over and above the call of duty by answering questions that arose with patience, kindness, and clarity. He was professional, knowledgeable, and sympathetic. Highly recommend.
