I started using dietitians after coming out of the Healthy Heart Program at St. Paul's Hospital. Melanie is way ahead of the last dietitian I used. For one thing, she has a portal where documents are uploaded and downloaded. I made sure to fill in the comprehensive intake form with as much detail as possible. I believe this made a huge difference. She offers individual nutrition packages. At first, I thought I would need the Impact package which is the initial consultation followed by three follow-ups. After I had my initial consultation Melanie said I would need only one follow-up. She provided recipes that helped solve a problem that was impacting my lifestyle.

I had an incredible experience working with Melanie. I have very specific goals for my nutritional journey and she quickly focused in on practical, understandable steps that I could take to help me achieve them.I instantly felt extremely comfortable speaking with her and I could tell that she was truly listening to me and that she was very focused on making the experience enjoyable and relatable. I will definitely work with Melanie again in the future. Highly recommended!
