Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - Vaughan Mills, Concord, ON

I wanted to share my experience fixing my Samsung Note 20 Ultra back on May 1, 2022 due to a speaker issue. Everything went smooth as it took about an hour or so while we went shopping around. When we picked up the phone the speaker works perfectly and they mentioned you have a one year warranty. Fast forward to December 2022 when we started to have the same speaker issue again and upon contacting them, they said someone will look into it and get back to me within a few days. I waited 1 week and nothing and called them and they said no parts and they need to contact Samsung for it. They told me to wait maximum a month and said you are still within your warranty period. We waited until March 2023 and this time calling in they said nothing they can do as Samsung and everywhere is still out of parts. I said so then how long do I expect to wait and they said we don't know.At this point we gave up and will take this as a learning lesson to never get our phones to this store as they don't follow up with you and you will be the one chasing them around. Mind you it wasn't cheap either. We came to them based on reading reviews.Use them at your own risk.

These people only care to sell you a new plan with Koodo and upcharge you on a repair. I repaired a phone 6 months ago, I went back and it's a completely different attitude.Poor customer service all around. Don't go here.

I went to this location to get my Samsung Fold phone checked. Before going to this place, I called other stores and found that not many places know how to repair this Samsung model.The technician was very knowledgeable and resolved the issue with my phone very efficiently while I waited briefly in the store.I would recommend this store to my friends.

They say the smartshield warranty is honoured at any location. I went here and was told to go at the same store. That's not best in class service for a business.

Mobile Klinik saved my note 9 phone display screen from buying a new phone. Went to yorkdale mall at samsung store if they can repair it but didn't have the parts anymore and referred me to mobile klinik who are samsung certified. Went to them and repaired my display screen. Thank you mobile klinik.

My dad was having issues with his android phone for weeks. There was some sort of malware or virus that would pop up every few seconds that wouldn't allow him to use any feature. Everyone in the family tried everything to fix the problem. We googled endlessly to find a solution, we took the phone into the Samsung store and even the provider with no luck. No one was able to find the problem until today. My dad visited the Mobile Klinik in Vaughan Mills today where a young man fixed his phone in LITERALLY under a minute. He did it with such ease and confidence. Very knowledgeable associate. Don't hesitate to visit this store if you have any issues with your mobile!

my phone had liquid damage, the staff were trying their best to fix it but still couldnt save it, they didnt charge me anything in the end

Great service I took my phone in the volume was low the tech. service guy cleaned it up i the volume came back as normal. I asked him what was the charge he said free. I greatly appreciate the service.
