I would like to acknowledge the amazing skillset of Rose Mekhael. This was my first makeup service at MAC in years, and she was excellent at making me feel unrushed, and listened as I let her know what I was looking for. Part of the experience is trusting that these artists know what they are doing, and Rose is one who does. At various stages she was careful to pause and answer questions about colour, texture, etc. I highly recommend Rose! Thank you also to the staff who welcomed me warmly. This store provides professional service with warm smiles!

The promotion is 30% EVERYTHING on Black Friday. Somehow, my payment couldn’t go through online so I went to the store. Bought a few items (get 30% off) and 2 eye shadows (propalette refill pan) at full price. I asked the staff why I didn’t get the discount for the eye shadows. The girls said because they are small items so the discount don’t apply???!!! I went back on MAC website to check, which still shows a 30% discount for the exact same product.Worst experience at MAC ever.

Love shopping here. The staff is so welcoming. A year or so back, a guy helped me find the correct foundation shade and also taught me some little hacks about makeup, that I never knew. I wish I remembered his name. I shopped here recently, Priya was my cashier and she was so kind and generous. We had some good conversation and she also gave me a little birthday present as it was my Birthday next day. ♥️

Don’t go there for make up, the employees are not trained enough to do a full make up in one hour! The make up was caky, flaky, patchy and when my daughter told her she was blaming her skin!! She chose wrong primer and foundation for oily skin.. she tried to fix it but here is the boom the store manager was after her back to finish anyway even if we are not happy as a client and she panicked her more, she didn’t try at all to help her fix the problem! Anyway we felt sorry for her but we were expecting a professional make up when we pay for the service so my daughter left with a happy eye look but the foundation was catastrophic! My daughter went home and fix it by herself and was great!A make up company like Mac should care more about the clients and must hire professional stylists well trained and a professional manager care about the clients and not ignore the problem happened infront of her and act like nothing happened!As a make artist charging $75 for a full make up you must provide a professional work.That happened on Saturday October 22nd between 2 and 4 pm At Guildford mall Surrey.My make up was ok but the lady couldn’t finish it in one hour so I left and make it my self at home but they charge us the whole amount!!!The worst service ever in my life!WE DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK.

First time I went to MAC mehroop helped me find the perfect shades for my skin. She was very patient as I am new to makeup so I had so many questions. She is the reason I went back to MAC. Second time I went there Priya helped me out picking the products best suited for my skin. They provided with best customer service unlike other cosmetic stores they made me feel that they really do care about their customers. I hope they get recognition for their good work.

My wife often times goes to an outlet inside the Bay in Langley, but in this particular case she went to the corporate store at Guildford and I have to say everything was better. The staff and the inventory made this a better experience.

My daughter and I went in today and Kelly was absolutely outstanding! She was incredibly patient with my daughter as she looked at colors and helped us put together a palette. Kelly went above and beyond and made my daughter feel so special, it was a really wonderful experience and I can't say enough about how great it was. We will absolutely be coming back.

Kelly is so sweet. She literally matched every single thing for me and my friend and was very patient. She was also giving her views about the products ans was telling her experience side by side. I walked out with 415$ worth of makeup and was so happy with the purchase. Will definitely go there again.

Sales Associates on the floor, if there is no intention on helping customers, why work there? Just ridiculous customer service :(Not returning back. Mac products might be good, but its not worth going through this horrible customer service to spend your hard earned dollars.
