They were very helpful in helping me find the item I was looking for!!

Old Navy used to be our go to clothing store for children's clothing. Today, April 28, 2022 at 6:30 pm we went to the Polo Park store in Winnipeg. What we saw there was unbelievable. Clothing strewn everywhere, poor size selection, incorrect signage, not to mention over priced.Thrift stores are more organized. We wanted to use our super cash but couldn't get anything we came for. We had to ask the woman working on the floor about prices constantly. We commented that we noticed a big difference inthe organization, prices etc. from before, she yelled angrily don't you know we were in a PANDEMIC" Yikes

Clothes strewn about in some areas of the store. Staff were chatting more than helping customers

Went to purchase jeans but couldn't find the same ones as before. Asked one associate who looked like I was from another planet. She said they don't have my jeans and walked away. I saw another associate who I asked the same question. She took the time to look at the on line store but no luck. Then she proceeded to help me find a replacement. She asked me what I wanted and BINGO, she found the perfect jeans for me. I asked about a coupon I had that didn't start until next week. She said no problem. She would give me the discount today. Not only did I get the coupon, the jeans were 50% off as well!Now this was a manager who truly understood customer service. Kayla did everything right! You need more customer trained associates like Kayla! Please let her know how appreciated she was and made my experience a pleasant one! Thank you Kayla!

They have a wide selection of different styles and cut / fits of jeans and other clothes the staff are always friendly to help you find your size.
