Shoppers Drug Mart

This is for the pharmacy specifically. I've had ENOUGH with dealing with them. They are so disorganized and there is only 2 pharmacy assistants that actually know what they are doing. I'm here almost every 2 weeks because they give me either the wrong medication or a lower amount then what the doctor ordered. It takes them all day to fill 1 script. I've had to go to other pharmacies to get meds because this one always seems to be out of everything.

I absolutely love Shoppers Drug Mart! As someone who cares deeply about their health and wellness, it's my go-to destination for all things health-related. I can easily find my prescription medications and over-the-counter remedies, as well as the latest beauty and skincare products. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I feel like they truly care about my health and well-being. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient shopping experience.

Postal manager made mistake when sending money,then blamed me. Never apologized Tooked weeks to get my refund

Toronto Shoppers requested a file transfer. The 'smart' employes of this brunch sent it to some random brunch in Kitchener instead. It took two weeks and a lot of time on the phone to refill my prescription

I had been looking for some new perfume and moisturizer. I walked into beauty department. I wasn't 3 minutes in the door, and a sales clerk in the fragrance department approached me. Asked how could she could help me. I mentioned what I was looking for. She had pointed several skin care products and their benefits. She then let me test several of the fragrance I inquired about. She also showed some of the newest products. I felt her to be very professional and great customer service. I have been a manager for CVS in the USA for several year's. So I appreciate the great service I received that day. Also I had spent $ 160.00. Great product suggestionsThank you Jasmine Murray.*****

This location needs to show more pride in the appearance outside. The landscaping and dirty parking lot show very little care or pride in this location .

The pharmacy employees are lazy. They won't answer the phone and will just hang up if you don't hang up first

I am very disappointed with the professionalism of the pharmacy staff. I am an adult who consistently gets strep throat and due to enlarged tonsils, am unable to swallow pills. The staff at the pharmacy made many comments implying that I should be able to swallow pills, I am making them use up their liquid supply, etc... when the doctor I saw had specifically prescribed me the liquid formula. This happened on multiple occasions. On another occasion, I went to the pharmacy with pink eye to ask for eye drops, as the pharmacists are now able to prescribe for this. The pharmacist told me that since my eye was slightly painful, for my own safety I should go to a walk-in clinic, and I did so. I was then diagnosed with pink eye. I understood her concerns but wish that she was confident in her knowledge to prescribe me with this to avoid the inconvenience of going to a walk-in clinic in the city. On another occasion, I had a prescription faxed from my optometrist and I called to ask what time I should pick it up at and they told me 45 mins. When I went 45 mins later, they could not find the filled prescription and told me it would be another 45 mins. I am just overall disappointed with the customer service at this pharmacy and I will be switching pharmacies.

Service is very slow and not enough staff for handling store !! But cleanness and nature of available staff is good
