I had the pleasure of seeing first hand the quality and craftsmanship from Bob and his team at DXN Developments Ltd. Not only did he execute a fantastic renovation at my older and tired apartment by replacing floors, electrical, and paint, but his prices cant be beat! He also was extremely professional with the condo board and took care of all permitting and condo board approvals along the way. Would recommend and will use again!

I was referred to DXN Developments when I was asked by one of my customers if I knew a commercial contractor, the need was for electrical data runs ( I operate an IT company ) Bob showed up on time, provided a great quote and oversaw his trades completed the work with finesse.On time, great quality, thorough and very competitive pricing. Bob and his team completed a commercial fit-out for my clinic and were exceptional from start to finish. His quick responses, clear communication, and expertise with building permits and licensing set him apart from his competition. The quality of the job met and exceeded my standards which I am beyond thrilled with. He kept the job on schedule and on budget despite numerous changes to the plans as well as supply chain challenges. My wife and I had an excellent experience with Bob and DXN Developments Ltd. Due to all things Covid, we like many people had issues getting product that our designer had worked with us to get.In every instance Bob was able to quickly source alternate product, and even ran to whatever store (tile, paint, fixtures) to show us product over facetime (we were out of province for the reno). This helped keep our timeline moving along nicely.End result is a beautifully done home. Thank you Bob!

I work for a small Calgary based company and we reached out to Bob to help us with a tenancy improvement project at our head office. Bob was very easy to work with and made sure we were happy with each step in the design/finishing stage; he takes pride in his work, was very cooperative when we asked him to make changes to the original scope of work, and was able to keep the completion date on schedule.Thanks to DXN Developments, we were able to turn an awful unused storage space into a highly functioning(and professional) boardroom for both staff meetings, and third party consultations!We look forward to working with Bob and his team on future projects!

This is the 3rd time using DXN and we will continue using Bob and his team for any renovation, repairs, emergency, or project management needs we may have. Recently DXN did a stud down renovation to our master on-suite and the results are amazing. Our home was built in the 60s so there were some surprises but Bob and his team guided us through the options and delivered a top quality product.DXN Developments was able to get on site within a very short time frame and provide exactly what we were looking for.
