What more can you ask for Tesla? is an amazing car and amazing service place. It's great to know Elon Musk has A carbon neutral location to compensate for all that stuff. put in the atmosphere with those Rockets into space.

I have only visited twice in the last 3 years and had a great experience this time. The repairs were quick, the advisor was very detailed and friendly, and my car was ready before the estimate I was provided when I arrived. The lounge has more space and a good selection of snacks, cereal, water, and coffee.

Guy named MJ from this Tesla Service Center deserves immense appreciation for his exceptional assistance and service. The time was 1 am, despite the center being closed, he went above and beyond to ensure I could safely go home with my car. Thank you, MJ, for your thorough support and dedication.

I recently had the most incredible experience at the Tesla Service Center at the North York location, and I can't help but share my excitement! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ahmad, who immediately made me feel at ease with his friendly and welcoming demeanour. It was clear that customer satisfaction was his top priority, and that set the tone for the rest of my visit.I had been experiencing annoying rattles in my door panel and seatbelt with my new Model 3, and Iman helped diagnose the issue. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. He quickly identified that the problem stemmed from loose clips within the panel and the seatbelt. I was amazed at how efficiently he pinpointed the source of the rattles. Iman's dedication to keeping me informed throughout the entire process set this service center apart from others I've visited. He provided regular updates on what was happening with my vehicle and the steps he was taking to resolve the issue. This level of transparency and communication was unparalleled from others, making me feel valued as a customer.Iman's professionalism and commitment to ensuring my satisfaction were exceptional. Not only did he successfully resolve the rattling issue, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I left the service center completely satisfied.I have been to many dealerships and service centers, but the experience I had at the Tesla Service Center with Ahmad and Iman was exceptional. My car died after 200 km on the odometer in the underground garage(barnd new car) 2023 Model Y. The tow company damaged the car, trying to get it out. Car had some panel issues and tail light issues. They sent me a text to pick up the car after 1 day. I go there to find more damage to my brand new car. 1. The tail light gap was not only fixed, but the tail light didn't turn on anymore. Hand prints and spots all over my white head liner. They placed some trim parts in the back seat, which scratched the seats and door plastics and seats. The gap on the hood looked bigger as they were supposed to adjust it. Damges to my passenger door window and the trim inside make rattling noise after repair for defctive window motor. All of my complaints were ignored by the staff until i had to call sales and ask them to buy back the car. One of my other friends also did not have a good experience dealing with this service center after getting his car and had to take it again to the one at Vaghun. After talking to them, they only offered to fix everything, but I have been waiting weeks now for the service appointment. The car had some paint issues as well, and their response was that the bodyshop is busy and will let you know. I am not satisfied at all and still waiting for mobile service and body shop call will all the issues listed. The only explanation for the car dying was that the soft set connector was loose. I'm super disappointed in my 90k investment and how this service center treated my car. Take it somewhere else, save your self headache.

Amazing employees. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ahmad and some other technicians for an out of warranty repair on my model X 2016. Even though Tesla charges a lot for parts but you don’t have any other option in Canada.I was very impressed by the service provided by everyone and especially Ahmad as they ensured that all repairs were performed to my satisfaction and answered all my questions along the process.

Excellent customer service. I booked my appointment on the Tesla App and it was confirmed. I arrived on time and was immediately seen by the CSR. They took my car in for diagnostic and then gave me a loaner for the day. I had some noise in my rear suspension and the service centre was able to repair the issue as part of the warranty.

I had my first Tesla service at this location for my MYLR and I was in and out in an hour. I had a few items that needed addressing from delivery and there team was extremely quick to get my car in and complete the service quickly. I love the way Tesla does their service, the app tells you your car is ready, you can just walk out get in and leave. Shout out to the team at this location, very friendly and professional. A great first impression in joining the Tesla family.

Picked Up My Tesla This Morning After A Dent On My Model 3 They Emailed Last Night To Pick It Up Tomorrow Since They Were Closed They Did Tell Me It Was Fixed I Could Pick It up Anytime Today I Was Happy That It Only Took 3-2 Days To Be Fixed They Did Show Me The Car And It Was In Good Condition They Did Leave Fingerprints On The Bumper But The Sensors Were Finally Working The Insurance Paid 3,000 CAD For The Damages The Repair Was Smooth And Quick The Lounge Had Food So I Had A Coffee While Waiting For The Car Great Job Mechanic’s!
