Convenient location just off of highway 401 highway 28. Drive-thru with no line mind you, with a simple order of, a steaped tea and hockey cards. No issues, and no real wait. Tea was made properly and tasted good. No complaints on this stop.

The coffee is horrible! I stopped going to Tim Hortons because the coffee always tasted like it was brewed and sitting for a couple days. Sandwiches are ok, I find they are cheap with the toppings.

Food cold, and I asked for simply sausage, ingredients, as listed, does not come with butter, yet they tend to put a ton of butter on this item when it's not requested, plus the bun is cold, So butter doesn't even melt. The meat is cold and the cheese is cold I don't remember asking for an iced simply sausage". Changing the rating from four star down to three star"

We stopped here as part of a car rally. Enough parking for 30 cars. We ordered in advance so bagels were good...coffee was okay. They need to work on the washrooms..

We stopped here with a toddler and an infant and they were super accommodating, with helping heating up their food and giving us cutlery. We are so appreciative of their kindness.

Worst Tim Hortons in Port Hope. Literally gave me bagels with cream cheese on the side while I went through DRIVE THRU ? Did not ask for it that way and have never recieved it that way from any other Tim Horton's. Already had to wait 5+ minutes at the window for my bagels not to be ready I then had to pull over and make my bagels. Might as well have made them at home .......

Asked for large coffee with my breakfast meal and got medium...asked for them to make sure I didn't get any grounds in my coffee...the last order from this location had grounds...instead of saying sorry about that sir...I'll make sure." The lady said "we have filters so that doesn't happen. " 2 problems with that response...it makes the customer feel as though they are being accused of lying and second...its confrontational to customers. That's why I gave a 1 star for service."

The team who was working this morning at 11:30 were amazing!! Everything was super fast and delicious and they had lots of bakery options. The girl at the cash was very kind and sweet, efficient, as well and helped out other team members when needed. Thank you all again for a great start to the day.
