I called this company at 4 pm when my Hydro went off due to snow storm.They waited for me to arrive and helped load generator and heating equipment onto my trailer.I would recommend this business to anyone.Very helpful and respectful staff.

Have found myself needing to rent some equipment and a sea can lately. Delivery of the sea can was right on the scheduled time and placed right where we needed it to be. The staff here are fantastic and go out of their way to accommodate your needs for sure. So fortunate to have them here.

I have rented from Bestway several times.. the staff has always been helpful and friendly. I will rent there again..... I have reduced my rating to 4 of 5 as their equip is sometimes un-serviceable....however I stand by my FRIENDLY and HELPFUL

Great place to rent tools. Some equipment is older, but they are working at updating it. If the equipment fails you they will make sure you are taken care of. Good over all selection of equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful!

I would not recommend this company to anyone.I ordered 20 white 60*120 tablecloths for my wedding in Kenora from Best Way Rental. I placed my order over a month in advance and was assured my order would be filled with no problem.The day of the wedding we opened the packages to find table cloths of all different lengths, widths, fabrics, and shades of white/ivory. One was torn, and another had a huge run down the centre. Less than half were actually what I ordered.We phoned the company on the spot and they at least sent over another 20 tablecloths (again, all different), and we had to make do. We were promised a discount for our trouble.We found out today the discount was only 20%, and that these errors are commonplace. I do not feel 20% is sufficient to compensate for the disappointing job that was done, and am shocked to learn this is a common occurrence. However, I did appreciate one staff member's willingness to try to rectify the error.

I had my kubota in with them for 5 weeks. Everytime I called to see where they were at Al kept saying the same thing. we have to take apart the back end to fix the problem". finally I had to go and get it because they did absolutly nothing. wont deal with them ever again."

Called the day before for a skid steer they said no problem come pick up tomorrow morning had trucks lined up got there the next day at 7am oh sorry we double booked now im out $$$$$

We rented a floor sander over the weekend a few weeks ago and the guys at Best Way were very helpful in getting us set up. They gave us flexibility with our return time, as we had to return it after-hours. If I had another flooring project, I would definitely use Best Way again.

I was impressed with how tidy the yard was, how customer access was clear and well sanded, how clean and tidy the inside showroom and customer service areas were AND the great customer service. If you haven't been there in a while, it is time to check them out! Rented a paper shredder for a mega shredding job - the shredder was ready to go at the appointed time, loaded into my vehicle and it WORKED! Cost was much more economical that having the big shredding company come in. Return experience was flawless. Highly recommend!
