It was my first time at Allay for a massage with Jennifer - I had a wonderful experience and an even better massage! Jennifer was very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. I am a hairstylist so I always have tension in my neck/shoulders/back - I shed a few tears in my car afterwards because Jennifer helped make such a difference with my discomfort! So grateful. I will most certainly be back!

This place is a little oasis in the Cathedral area. I can't recommend Andrea highly enough- she is a fantastic massage therapist! My time at Allay always passes way too quickly! A great locally owned and operated business.

I have been going to Samantha for almost a year now at Allay Wellness and she is a fantastic massage therapist. I play a lot of tennis so I get extremely tight, not to mention tennis elbow and getting “older” issues. She knows what she is doing. Every time I go there I feel safe, it is sanitary and a well looked after facility. I have friends that go to Allay as well and have nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend!

Allay Wellness is a clean, friendly, and welcoming establishment. I have been getting massage and cold laser therapy treatments from Andrea for almost a year now and I can't believe how much it helps. Andrea is super knowledgeable, kind, and gives a great massage. I have had nothing but positive experiences there and would highly recommend it.
