Our vision is for all queer and trans community members to have equitable opportunity to experience positive health and well-being. We empower 2SLGBTQ+ well-being through programming which promotes equitable access to health education, support, capacity building, community-based research, and provider training.

was apart of there program they didnt do much promises where not kept if you looking into this program dont waste ur time as they are not very helpful its there way or the highway when i asked for my worker boss number they said they call me they never did they are very unprofesonal and dont listen to there clients and ignore them
