Had a bad experience at North face where the employees recommended me some light city rain coats and windbreakers for backcountry and heavy rain use.Came next door to Helly Hansen and was immediately greeted by helpful staff who were very knowledgeable about the products, specifically Ty and Mario. Thank you guys very much, I'll be coming back here should I need more gear.

Very happy with my experience. I went in with a jacket that was not waterproof anymore and walked out with something brand new. I had purchased the jacket a few years ago, they gave me full value as a store credit! I honestly was amazed at how hospitable/genuine the staff and manager was. Highly recommend this company!

If there was an option I would give this store 0 stars. I went there to try some items I wanted to buy online, because I had an online discount code so I exactly knew what I wanted to try on and I was in rush.So I grabbed all the items I wanted to try and went to the fitting room. When I came out the sales associate said oh you had another item. I said no, but he persisted… I said you could look me up to see if I have anything on me…and then he said I saw something fell in the changing room.. I was very upset that the whole time he was looking under the door to see me change?! …I am not sure what was going in his mind, but I think he behaved as such because I have black hair and I am not a White person..That was the utmost worst behavior I’ve experienced from anyone in Vancouver so far. Never saw anything like it. I’ll never set foot in this store.

Staff members were knowledgeable and helpful. I’m happy with my new jacket. Definitely planning to be a return customer.

Had a great time at this location! Nicole really knows her stuff, and helped me so much with getting my snowboarding kit ready! Extremely knowledgeable staff, above and beyond customer service, and a clean store too. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience ever. The staffs were so cold and didn't consult me at all. I was struggling with finding the jacket I want, when I asked, they showed their attitude, answered briefly then back to the counter and talked to each other.When I bought the items on sale, the girl just looked at me and said this is the final sale "

Excellent experience at the HH Vancouver store. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Mario in particular was above and beyond great and patient (spent 90 mins in store) and able to answer all of my questions thoughtfully. I ski 50-60 days per year so buying a new jacket is an important purchase for me. Terrific customer experience! Thanks.
