First time I brought my dogs here - they were so friendly here from the booking to the service itself and my dogs looked fantastic. Today I called because my kitten got covered in burrs and they were so accommodating to get him some comfort. 10/10 Recommend Shelley’s! Thank you

My wife and I brought our cat in for a quick groom. Our first time tgere, but our cat was a regular. Shelley's expertise was on full display, quickly adressing some out of control claws, and a fast combing-through of her coat. We were given suggestions on better litter and to change to a comb from the brush we'd been using. We were in and out in about 15 minutes if that, with directions as to where to get superior litter to the stuff we'd been using. Thank you again for your knowledge, it was so helpful!

It looked like my boys nails were barely even touched. I was able to trim more off most nails with no problems or risk of hitting the quiks. They were all rough cut, not touched up with a file at the end, so they were sharper than when I dropped him off. Lastly, his hair didn't even seem clean; loose hair coming out easily and didn't smell great, even though she said she was going to use a good after spray. I wish I noticed all this before paying because it wasn't worth the cost whatsoever. Very disappointed.

This place, staff and owner were absolutely exception and so caring. I took a geriatric pooch that had never been groomed which I know was a big job for them. Couldn’t be happier with the results or the care I know she received.
