Master Tune

What a wonderful shop. Able to get me in and on my way the same day.I witnessed several costumers coming and going everyone was satisfied.Rick and Nikita really care and go above and beyond. I recommend this business 100%. Good jobs guys!!!!

Mastertune is a great place to bring your vehicle for repair. Nikita is amazing at what she does, and provides excellent customer service. Rick and the team do good, fast, work and provide a trusty place to bring your vehicle! Highly recommended!!!

Came in to have my AC system diagnosed. Compressor wheel wasn't turning so oil or refrigerant was not meeting pressures to start compressor. Mechanic added oil to system however the system was only slightly blowing cold which was better than only blowing hot before but still not operating properly. Mechanic suggested that the inner flap of the dash wasn't functioning properly. Repairs for dash flap diagnosis were able to be booked in a month and about 6 hours of shop time plus parts at 135$ hr, roughly $1000 or more was the rough quote. I had already spent 180$ for the diagnosis and partial service (partial fix) Said that they performed a vacuum test and recharged refrigerant. We were only at the shop for 30 minutes or so before the dash flap diagnosis. I found it hard to believe the diagnosis so I took the vehicle to another shop where he hooked it up to the AC machine and found that the levels were very low. Only .58 of a lb of refrigerant. He then tested the oil type which was the proper oil type. 134a and removed it from the system and did a 10 minute Vacuum test which the system held at 29.6 water column. Then the system was refilled to the proper amount of 1.86 lbs of refrigerant and what do you know? Perfectly ice cold air was blowing out of all vents. I will never be back to this shop nor will I ever recommend this shop. I hate to have to leave this review or not believe what I am told from a shop. If I can save anyone else their time and money then I am happy to do so. I don't understand how you are supposed to keep customers when this is how you run your business. I suppose most people just trust what they are told and pay the bill without question. I am not that type. I find this very disheartening.

Both my husband and myself had to have our AC in our vehicles checked. They were prompt, excellent service, friendly and we both thought the pricing was very fair and reasonable. We will 100% use them again for our Auto needs and will HIGHLY recommend Rick and his team. Thank you all .

I don’t normally write reviews. But I cannot recommend this Local Calgary mechanic enough. For years my entire family has had our vehicles serviced here with complete satisfaction. From exceptional customer service from Nikita to phenomenal service from Rick and the entire mechanic team to their extremely reasonable pricing. As an example of their service on one of our cars we had an electrical issue that the dealer could not figure out how to fix after countless hours and money spent, we took the car to master tune and just like that our blinkers were working again! Highly recommend!!!

Called day before service needed. Dropped at 8am and wheel bearing done by 10. Very friendly, very fast, great work. They have earned all of our future business. You will not be disappointed by coming here. Trust in the service industry is tough, you can trust this shop.

Take any auto repair facility including dealerships and compare them with the staff and service at Master Tune, and there’s no real comparison! From Nakita running the show out front to Rick and the others behind the doors doing the wrenching, you’ll never run across a more trustworthy, competent, and knowledgeable bunch in the auto repair industry! If you are female and nervous about getting mislead, put your fears aside. These folks are the most honest and straightforward shop around. I was driving my client and my car died..I managed to get it to the nearest place which was master tune and they took me in right away. They gave me a better price than my regular mechanic and they were super friendly.
