When I first began going to Save on RX, I was at the beginning of some very stressful medical testing. I was under a great deal of stress and definitely not myself. I feel like Monark took me under his wing from Day 1. He constantly asks me how I am and inquires what my status is. To say the least, Monark is a gem.In March 2020, I awoke and could barely breathe or cough anything up. Out of pure luck, I was able to reach a doctor who assessed me over the phone and called a script into Monark. In turn, Monark quickly delivered my script and by 11am, I was medicated and in bed starting my recovery. Thanks to the speed of the delivery, I believe we caught things well in advance of it becoming more severe. (Not to mention, I did not have to get up and go retrieve the script myself, being alone and so sick)With Save on RX's delivery service and payments made available through etransfers, I get my scripts sooner and stress free without taking time off of work.Navigating the world of health insurance can be frustrating. Monark takes care of all of this for me. He goes above and beyond to try and get the best price possible for all my medications and with times being what they are, I am forever thankful.On top of all this Monark, and his super friendly team, watch my prescription refill amounts and fax in repeat requests to my doctor when available. This makes everything so much easier, as doctor appts are a little confusing these days.Thank you Monark and your team, for taking such good care of me.Darlene

I've been dealing with SaveonRX Brampton since mid 2021, and until now they NEVER disappoint! Fantastic service, great over-the-phone help and great customer service in general! 5/5 stars!

The staff was friendly, my only qualm was regarding payment for my prescriptions... This was my first time coming to this pharmacy/clinic and I had initially paid for three out of five items due to the last two items needed to be ordered. After paying for the first three items I looked at my receipt total and the prices listed on the three items and they didn't add up. I ended up overpaying by only $3 or so- no big deal mistakes happen and they fixed it. The next day I came to pickup the last two prescriptions that were ordered. The employee punched in the total and handed me the debit machine. I looked at the total I was being charged and quickly glimpsed at the prescription receipts and realized the numbers yet again didn't add up and I was being charged an additional $30ish. The pharmacist cancelled the order and they adjusted the price to what it should have been. I'm not sure if it was just a back to back coincidence that I was being overcharged but it does make me feel a little apprehensive about returning to this pharmacy.

COMPLAINT OUTCOMEThe College’s Inquiries, Complaints & Reports Committee oversees investigations of each complaint the College receives. A committee panel considers a pharmacy professional’s conduct, competence and capacity by assessing the facts of each case, reviewing submissions from both the complainant and the professional, and evaluating the available records and documents related to the case.The pharmacist had the ability to exercise her professional judgement as to whether to release the medication to the patient after reviewing all the information available to her. In this case, there was no interval on the patient’s prescription and the panel observed that the pharmacist did not take this into consideration. Furthermore, the patient’s profile did not show a history or pattern of misuse, noncompliance, or early refills.With regards to the pharmacist acting in a demeaning and unprofessional manner.I would like the owner to contact me as I have experienced extreme discrimination and lying and embarrassment by your staff member Bharat after I received oral surgery. I can and will escalate this matter and report your pharmacy for these actions.

Pretty clean place with quick service. There was no wait time that helped to complete the doctor visit and pharmacy visit smooth.This location is pretty well kept and looks sparkling clean.
