I order a hat from them. They took my money and I patiently waited it for it to get shipped . They email me telling me my order has been canceled because it was now out of stock when it was in stock when I order and clearly took my money for it. I got a full refund days! After I order causing me to lose out in buying the same hat somewhere else. I would save my money and specially my time if you're planning on ordering on line from them.

I am obsessed with my packable/scrunchable hat, and so grateful to the staff for all of their helpfulness in choosing the hat and going over all of the (many!) different styles. A year later, I went back after over-scrunching my hat; the staff fixed it for me and helped me figure out how to do this for myself in the future. Such a great store! Also the cutest bow ties and great belts.

Lovely hat store.My partner has been looking in every single hat, tack, western, and general clothier store we've driven past, from Tofino, and Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Saskatoon, etc, to Ottawa, and finally found selection and styles so good he had a hard time deciding.I got a hat too for good measure.Very happy with the patient and kind lady who served us. She'd only been there a short while but has a love of hats and gave good advice on fitment.Highly recommend. Also, the owner is lovely and personally reached out in case we needed anything else.Pricing ranges, depending on ingredients and quality and brand, but there's a really nice range, to make it affordable for everyone.There are also some very unique and classic looks if the modern ballcap just isn't sitting well on your noggin.

A nice hat shop with several options. It was hard to find the medium sized hats, but we liked the store.

I went there today to purchase a hat for my grandpa and the lady who helped me was wonderful! She helped me pick the perfect hat and answered all of my questions. Definitely recommend this store!

Great selection of hats for men and women. Not just hats but scarfs, gloves, umbrellas, ear covers and more. Went in looking for a particular hat, didn't find it in the right size but we're shown others and left happy. Excellent customer service!
