I usually order online because i am deaf which makes going to the store harder for me especially with everyone wearing a mask. So either way i had to communicate with the customer service person so i type on my phone and show it to her and she starts communicating with me through sign language. Amélie at the customer service gave me the best service i ever got from any employee of any store. She helped me find what i was looking for and told me pass at her cash register when i was done shopping and she asked me for a donation for sick children. I gave her 5 dollars as she was so much help.I dont know if the store managers read these comments but your employee Amelie. A real gem

This store is NOT following and enforcing covid-19 protocols.I would give zero stars if possible, since one star is too generous.A customer at the cash today at 5:55 pm was not wearing a mask. There were many employees around so I was astonished when no one told him to put his mask on. This is not safe for employees and customers alike.I do not recommend going to this store. It is still required to wear a mask in stores and no one at this store is enforcing this protocol.I was very uncomfortable in this situation, which should have never happened.

I bought a car seat it didn’t fit in my car tried to replace it the next day and they told me they can’t return car seats and the lady was so rude didn’t give any other options so now i have to sell it and loose money because of there bad service.

Accueil déplorable les vendeuses plus soucieuses de mettre en place les étiquettes que de répondre aux questions et que dire du service de la personne en caisse je lui demande un ciseau elle regarde sa collègue et lève les yeux au ciel .

Staff was rude and demanded that I remove my bag and leave it at the front desk stating that all toys r us do this. I’ve been to 3 different stores after this and not one of them requested for me to remove my bag and they even assisted me in finding what I needed. This store staff needs a better attitude towards younger people. I went to asks questions and got ignored while the ladies at the cash had a conversation.
