Metro Detroit Carpet & Flooring is so awesome because of the great customer service they provide, but come on, the bottom line is no one could match the quality of product they provide at the price. I want a great product at a great price. That's what they provide.

They gave us a reasonable price for ripping out our old carpets and installing a new one for all bedrooms and stairs. Likewise, their carpet installer was highly professional and detail-oriented. We recommended them to our neighbors.

They are hands down the kindest, quickest and cost effective people to work with. Can’t recommend enough, I’ve had them do my floors twice and will continue to do so.

Called Metro Carpet to have my 2 seasons den carpeted. They gave me such a great deal I decided to add my stairs. Wow the service was excellent from beginning to end. Danny came out with samples and took measurements and the installation occur the next week. They provided prompt service and even upgraded my padding for free. I am absolutely satisfied with the results
